Cool Cannonball Run reference 👍

Just paid too much for a car I needed. Oh well.

$10 including shipping for the black EP3 Civic with the copper FTE's. :ill:

Man, really?

It's relatively hard to find, and the only way to get it would be off eBay I think. The guy charges too much for shipping anyhow. Almost $6 for standard shipping from California? I could ship a car, with delivery confirmation from here to California for less than $3. :grumpy:

Just got back from the 99 cent store. They had a ton of Hotwheels, mainly older stuff though. Picked up a couple of the Infiniti G37's I was missing from my collection, a Ford Falcon Racecar for a future custom, and found a couple more of the silver Boss 302's with the Mustang GT body. 👍

Edit: Oh, they have a few of the old GT-R's (the one with no tampos) if anyone here needs one, I can swing by and grab it this week.

Friend of mine had an EP3 Civic in real life. Always loved that one; for its looks of course and not its performance.

Yeah, really disappointed in you, Magic. I have really high standards. *fart*

I gathered as much from your sig.
I just found this by accident: Tomica Limited - 1984 Toyota Celica I don't even care for the car, not even when I was a kid, but if I was made out of money, I'd buy it. Very cool model.

I love that model Celica actually, I guess growing up around Australian and American muscle cars all my life has giving me an appreciation for "oddball" stuff like that. But yeah if I was made of money, I'd be all over it. Hell, I'd probably buy 2. :dopey:
Now I have the image in my head - and when a6 figures in it it takes strange turns.

Guys I need your help!
My girlfriend just sent me this picture on Facebook saying some lady posted it on a page for buying, selling, trading, and other free stuff in her county. She said the lady wanted $5 for everything. Now, I'm only interested in the ones I boxed. I know the one is an SP2, but I want to know what the others are, especially the upsidedown one.

The rest all look like those cheap Chinese knock-offs. Speaking of those, I remember several years ago there was a lady in the neighborhood who gave out those toy cars for Halloween.

Will definitely consider going for one of those R34s, R1600. Should probably set up my paypal account finally...

I'm gonna have to disagree with you about the Challenger, but do you know the make of it? It looks like it could be a Matchbox or Maisto.

The bottom right is a 2012 Easter Egg-clusive '70 Firebird. +1 on Dodge Neon Drag Car, and that other is a Maisto Dodge Charger. The tampo'd headlamps was a giveaway.

This new kid just schooled you all. Especially Jason :P

Also, I'll take that Toon Challenger(?) off you.

I think it's a character from the movie Cars.
Oh, and I don't have these. Yet.
Maybe this week I will have them.

Okay then I don't want it, but for what you're paying for, that's a good deal, considering that they're $6 a car, and $3 at Dollarama.

Speaking of Dollarama, I found out my store is going to be carrying a limited supply (probably only 10) of these Wall Track display cases.

They have a cavity in the back for you to hang these on the wall like a picture frame or clock, and they're likely going to go for $3 a piece (which I can probably say is cheaper than supermarket listing). You can get more and hang them beside each other and it will look like the display case I currently have, and each rack includes one car (none of which are special). If anyone wants any, let me know.

I actually bought one at K-Mart the other day only because it was on clearance for $4. The regular price was $7!
I honestly may take you up on buying me all of those. Give me a few days to think about if I need them or not.

Or I can take more cars off you. I've been lying to my parents about the 6-7 parcels that came in during the week saying that they were all trades and gifts from others

I had edited my post to say Charger. ;)

@ AOS - schooled me? I never said Hotwheels, I just said what the cars were and I got them right. ;)

Except you didn't get the Firebird.

Which GT-R and which colours do you recall le 99 cent store having?

It's the old GT-R, the white one without the tampos. Don't know the exact name off the top of my head. Came with copper wheels. (MC5)

Kenmeri, indeed.

EDIT: some content:

I really liked the Racer Brown Model A, such an odd brand to be featured!

I don't know that crap, lol.

I thought you of all people would know. I didn't know what the heck you guys meant by "Imais" and "Kenmeris" back then, so I had to google it to finally know, but still... when you say GT-R, you could have been referring to the R32, or R34...

 :@: the mountain of card in the background.

I can match that. I still have 3 bags of garbage 97% of which are blisters, cards, bubble wrap an newspaper.

I seen several EP3s Civics (3 in Vegas, 2 in San Diego and 1 in LA.) Love this version of the 7th gen Civic and you can't forget that K20A engine 👍.

Gotta find a HW version and a real one soon.

Kenmeri KPGC110? How many do they have still and do they have some R34s and ACR Vipers from 2010?

AOS-
Kenmeri? Just say Kenmeri, man!

Or maybe Jason is playing with ya Andy. :P:lol:

And if not, then I'm shocked as well.

Woah, time to clean up don't you think? ;)

My garbage bin is only so big and garbage collection only takes a limited number of garbage bags. It's to encourage people to start recycling more and stop making so much waste (which is a movement I like actually). I should be recycling the cardboard but I was too lazy.

The K20 was garbage!

A K20, garbage? That one of the most efficient and powerful engine for the 7th-present Civics of the Si and Type-R models! They are way better compared to the B-series of the EK ones, better internals and camshafts, more performance at 200-230hp and reliable engines with the new i-VTEC system that can rev close to 9K-10K RPMs and be efficient on the fuel. Plus they can have stock internals and can hit around the 500-600hp mark, impressive for a FF compact car.

Unless your buddy's engine is having problems. Sorry McZac, that's just my inner Honda guy coming out. I mostly hear the pros about the K engines, I still listen to the cons about this engine and some of the problems are mostly from poor care of the engine regardless of the K was for racing or daily use.
