I agree. I take pictures of my cars, thinking about doing another photoshoot soon maybe tomorrow or this weekend, especially my larger scales and for keeping my collection in line. But I do like the photos that everyone does and their creativity behind it. 👍

I'm looking forward to the pics. 👍 I continue to accumulate more cars, but I busted one of my lights + I've been busy & lazy, so I'm afraid there will be one pretty sizable photo dump coming up soon. Sorry everybody.

Well the only car I actually stocked up for you guys was the Land Rover. The rest I intended to keep, but I'm leaving it open in case anyone wants more than I do. I know Shinji likes the Land Rover as much as I do. Unsure about Cano, but it's possible he may consider it too.

This RealRider Path Beater was supposed to be carded, but seller couldn't find it! Instead, he sold me the mint loose one for $2. I went from annoyed to happy very fast!

Ditto here, I got some photos on my external HDD with some older cars and my 2012 grabs. Since I got quite a few of the '13 HWs and I'm gonna get them and the older ones later in a manufacture setting. But I'll get the older ones up soon, just gotta get off my lazy butt to do it though.

But it gonna be something, and something BIG also with the new ones.

I know the feeling mate BigW and Kmart are the only stores that update in my area, Target hasn't put anything new out for 6 months at least, everytime I go in theres only 1 or 2 cars on each peg, I'm always like c'mon put some new stuff out already

So I bought a Tomica Nissan GT-R the other day. I took some pictures of it, and here they are:

I was originally going to buy a GT86. But after some inspection, I found out that it had little detailing, and believed there must be other Tomicas that look far better than it. So I started my search for a better Tomica.

Then I saw the Nissan GT-R, and decided to open the casing to see how it looks like, and what a surprise it is. Most of its intakes are painted, the GT-R and Nissan badges can be seen clearly, the interior somewhat resembles one that can be found in the real car, and its headlights are actually transparent plastic, which is something I've never seen on a normal Tomica.

So I decided to open the casing of all the remaining GT-Rs to look for the one that looks the best (which is probably the one that you're looking at above ). Trouble is I didn't really pay a lot of attention to the solder, so yeah, that is one of the biggest imperfections, but that's all.
Plus, it only cost me 36 HKD. (Which is around 4.5 USD, for those of you who are too lazy to convert it.)

I have to inform you that your Path Beater isn't an original 80s release but a 30th anniversary replica. It's still a good piece, but it ain't the real deal. For $2, though, it's hard to complain. Great price.

My brother dropped of ALL of his diecast two nights ago. Asked me to go through them for sellable rarities. Took me half second to find a treasure. His stuff is all from 95-04 with some older stuff throw in. I'm going to take a group picture on my lunch hour to show the scope of work I have to do.

That sounds pretty awesome. A trade 'tween you and me is now long overdue, the problem is I don't think I have anything available that you'd be missing, our collections are so similar, but you've got more rare hard to find cars than I do, anmd most of the 780s cars I have for sale or trade you already got.

Hope the pics were not too blurry (or artsy-fartsy) for this thread. I know we like to focus on details, and cards, values, etc, in this thread. Clear pictures, and details on packages are always welcome, I find, more than being artistic, when specs are in question. I have a huge bunch of great blurry incomprehensible diorama, and gut-wrenchng nightmarish customisation pics - will post in the appropriate threads eventually.

For now . . . seems like it's not a religious moment of reflection for everyone; I have to finish up some income-related work. Did someone say 'holiday'?
