Some of these have been posted here before. A few are duplicates. All are a but worse for wear, but still cool enough to keep around.

I just love Porsches. The company has a very rich racing experience, and one can feel it when they purchase one especially the 911.

This particular model is not a 911, and you may be surprised why I didn't get another 911 model this time. My Porsche scale model collection is comprised mostly of 911s and Panameras. I love each and every Porsche there is, because each of them has racing genes in it.

This is the 944 S2. The 944 is basically an evolution of the 924, and it is one of the most popular sports cars in the 1980s. Being an entry model, it enjoyed a good sales record, because it gave the customers a taste of what a Porsche truly is. With a weight distribution of almost 50:50 (50.3 front and 49.7 rear) thanks to a rear transaxle that balances the weight distribution, it offered a handling performance on par, if not better than, a 911 in its time. The engine is a 3 liter 4-cylinder unit developed solely by Porsche (the 924's engine is actually made by Audi) that develops 211 PS. 0-100 KM/H is quoted at 6 seconds and has a top speed of 240 KM/H. Now that's something even faster than a Toyota 86! The S2 proved to be popular and profitable for Porsche despite its three-year production run.

This deserves to be a part of my Porsche collection. And I think of starting a new line composed of this beautiful, timeless classic.

I've only got the Rock 'n' Rescue too, got it at a swap meet last year along with a Red XB Falcon. You just reminded me that I still need to get the others.

Also I can't see your picture, for some reason it won't load. :odd:
Sorry bout that mate, more for you to remember now:D don't get me started on XB's I can't stop myself from getting them I must have a dozen or so laying around, and still want more:lol:
Here's the pic again, hope it works:nervous:

Also, you'll be happy to know. That as of this morning, there is Ruff Trek Ute in the mail with my name on it. :D

What do you expect about that bumper? How else is it gonna go around a loop?!

:@: Harry
I'm gonna guess that you found the Gulf liveried Fast Fish TH.

Couple Questions:

1. What is the car in the third picture above the Ford RS200?
2. Is that a Ferrari F1 car in the 5th picture?

Had some time during lunch hour for a pictorial response!

Question 1

This is actually my mint loose version of the Group C Racer and not the exact one pictured in original group shot.

Question 2

^ Just to add. The group C racer, is a Sauber (had the red 'BASF' version) but it only ever referred to it on the packaging.
And i always liked to think the F1 racer was a Ferrari.. although it never said it was, on the base or packaging. :)

Hey, I think I have the same F1 car! I liked the Supra out of the bunch. That little red convertible thing at the bottom's cool, too.

Not a huge fan of 944 or Falcon, but 944's detail's very good & I love the old school Ford Motorsport thing going with the Falcon. Very nice!

I had one as a kid. I always assumed it was a Ferrari because it was Red. :dopey:

There's a Scarborough here too. :P

Also, here's something funny to share. Jason one time sent me cars in a Lego Architecture Willis Tower box. I just got a parcel today. Guess what the box was?

Yep. Exact same box.

And there's one in the UK. :P

Liking the 240Zs I see, what model is that Pikes Peak Tacoma? Looks like the one I have, but hard to tell from this distance.

Still no sign of new Boulevards, Walmart has three Boulevards total on the pegs, but they haven't updated for days! Still haven't checked TRU...

It's the First Editions: Pennzoil livery.

I given up on expecting new Boulevards. That's not to say I won't grab any new ones if I see them.

Oh. I also saw a bunch of those bumper cars but decided not to buy it. I know I said we'd do a GTP Race Livery, but I'm not feeling it anymore. Got enough more than enough on my plate platter!

Looks kind of lame..

Or rather, that yellow to red ratio has always been pretty yuck for my tastes. If I ever get one of those, I'm adding black elements to fix that.

I collect that casting, gotta have them all no matter how ugly...

In any case, that casting is getting pretty old and it shows in the quality. Starting to look pretty rough. Time for a re-tool.
