You are talking about the real car, right? I wish my hot wheel was limited to 2,000.
Oh well actually, the Bread Box is from a 4-Pack MASTERS OF THE UNIVERSE and those I believe don't have RR, because it ain't part of some premium series.
If you are telling me that your Masters of the Universe doesn't have Real Riders........ mine's awesomer. Don't get me wrong, yours' still awesome, mine just awesomer.

Jason, my ZAMAC 240Z problems are over!

I was wanting this, but didn't want to pay $5 shipping on just one car. While browsing his inventory, I found this. :D

From Lamley, the C7 is here. :D

So, you guys know what today is. I joined the Red Line Club this morning. I'm home sick(not homesick) this morning, so I figured it's meant to be.

What are the odds of getting the Drag Bus today? It's by far my favorite, but I think Dwight said that Blown Delivery sold out in like 10 minutes or something? :nervous: *edit - I got my confirmation for the order, and when I went back to the page at 9:11, sold-out. A shocker.
Yes, the real car. Altough the HW you have isn't common at all.
Ah. Thanks for the classic car lesson by the way. You totally pwn in this department. 👍

I shall forever now mark September 17 2013 as the Shinji-joins-RLC day - exactly one month from my birthday. Should be easy to remember.

Alternate title could be Red "Shinji" Line Day.

Also Lamley got some photos of the C7 Corvette:

I've already blacklisted the '09 Stingray Concept as well as ZR1s. Somebody talk me down from collecting C7s.

Ah, thank you Andy-san, thank you. *bows*

I'm starting to feel better, so I think I'm going to work. World War Z comes out today, so I should just go rent that & stay home, but yeah.

I just saw yellow Grand National from the same series. Good thing it's so ugly, I wouldn't want one!

- Nice Focus Andy. What kind is it?

- Dwight mentioned people crying on HWC/RLC forum once. After they missed out on some hot release.

Some of you know, I was home this morning with a bug, decided to join RLC. I'm home sick on the day a car I really want comes out..... so why not?

I get on at 9am, site is lagging real bad, I got nervous more than once. I get two, go back few minutes later, 4,000 cars had sold out. According to one thread topic on that site, it was "2 minutes"(*edit - 4 minutes 11 seconds). I can't speak for the accuracy of that figure, but when I visited this "RLC" forum, it was a cry/rant-fest. They had numerous threads on members discussing how happy that they got the Drag Bus, or how sad, upset, depressed people who didn't get one are.

I'm not gonna lie, I'm really happy I got mine, but you really feed bad for so many senior members missing out on a coveted release. That forum, I've never seen anything like it. crazy:

Wow. People got nothing better to focus their time on than racing to buy a single toy car on the web. In the span of 4 minutes, for 4000 items to go, at least 3800 had their eye on the clock... bound to have been the case.

The Focus is a 2012 Majorette Racing. I was working on the index of cars and noticed that a picture of the BP livery Focus was absent. I must've either forgotten about or missed it when I was taking pictures of the cars back in February, or I just lost the photo.

Sorta like this Land Cruiser:

The Cobra was something I had back in 2012, but I had it carded and preserved by tossing it into the bin of blisters, since I had gotten into the wheel variation craze and wanted to keep it in its packaging. Then I realized about a month ago that it probably was on par with Subaru WRX MC5 wheel variations so I cared less and uncarded it just so I could frame it along with all the other Cobras.

More I think about it, this is to be expected. Look at how competitive it is at our local retailers. I don't know about "3800", but you probably aren't that far off. Members are allowed to buy up to two of those cars at the initial release.

I also (pre)ordered two of those 917K in the same Gulf livery? That didn't sell out on the first day(exclusive to RLC members), or second day(I placed my order here)..... and it's still available today. Sure, Drag Bus is cooler to me too, but Drag Bus in less than five minutes, awesome car like 917K is still available after how many weeks? Does. Not. Compute.

P.S. This was my big victory today, but likely for good. 9am, Tuesday morning. God, I wish they'd change this. 6pm PST would be fair for anyone in the States.

It could use a wheel-swap, but the car is smoking hot.

Them wheels are smaller than Size 1 Hot Wheels wheels however. Kind of interesting given how the series is 1:57 scale.

Looking it over, those wheels are smaller! More realistic size-wise, too. Well done by Majorette. 👍

Speaking of realistic wheels...

1994 G-Force Track Set Mazda MX-5 Miata.

I coloured the wheels in with the good ol' marker after photographing. The fluorescent paint really pops. Seeing as how spectraflame finishes look with the current technique, for once I'm actually looking forward to photographing a future hot wheels - the 917K that is :)

2012 Multipack Exclusive Triumph TR6.

How are you guys digging my photos lately? So much nicer without the stupid plaque in the back, wouldn't you agree?

Looks a little "used".

Mine's minty. :)

Picked up cars from Jason today. Thanks! 👍

Don't ask. I liked them somewhat, and finally found them at a reasonable price(I think $5 total). Wasn't the art of this car on Hot Ones or another card? It brainwashed me into liking it. Had to be this color, too.

P.S. I posted about the unbelievable crying I witnessed on RLC in regards to the coveted Gulf Drag Bus? Somebody there posted this, and I admit, I am the biggest whiner there is, and this is truly brutal, but it is right up there with the posts from "funny pics" thread.

Not really. I wouldn't have called the plaque 'stupid' - however, sometimes there seemed to be a problem with the lighting solutions; clashing light sources. Otherwise it had a look distinctive to your style.

OTH - overall your presentations have drama, texture, and are quite slick.

And since it's time to start dishing out the compliments (before everybody else starts begging for attention :D ) I have to say that both a6m5 and Kakashi are doing a stupendous job, too. Always a pleasure to view their work.

Now if only Cano would get off his ass and actually post some pictures again.. . .

Haven't had much time to get any good grabs lately, but my master plan is to force all of you into poverty . . . and then offer you money for food, clothing, and shelter. In return for every car you all have.

We'll get started on "Will work for collectible hot wheels" sign.

Thanks Harry, but I got nothing on these guys... Andy's a given, but Cano's kind of underrated. As noted by you, he never posts those cool pics anymore! All I do is just try to provide enough light, and give them the angles that give the viewers an idea of what those cars look like in person. Lighting, focus, stuff like that are real sloppy in my pics, because I set them up fast, get done in seconds.

I also forgot to post my answer to Andy's "AOS" in the background. I personally thought it was cool, and it was his "signature". We see pics on the internet where people add those with softwares, but AOS sign was unique, because they were physically there in the picture, and it didn't look tacky at all. It was quite nice.

I actually did. Wow.

Here's some photos to make up for it:

Ha, I told you. It's a salt factory over there any day after a Blown Delivery or Drag Bus sells out. I was lucky enough to get one as well, though the site was so slow when it loaded. It was definitely gone after 5 minutes or so. I'm looking forward to the Gulf Porsche the most though.

I know I haven't posted stuff in ages, and I haven't been sitting still, I'm still grabbing stuff, altough I'm right now flat broke after the long vacation trip. Still, I've got hundreds of new cars to show you, but absolutely no time to get pics of. And when I've had time, I've put it towards the completion of Custom Diecast México, which I'm sure you visited already after I posted about it in the customizing thread. If not go browse it or I'll spit a bit on you.

I do hope, onde we're done with the Porsche book, to have a lot more free time in my hands to come up with some pics.
