Thanks Magic... That Photobucket's so crappy.... If the Initial D car posted sideways, it could've been fate. Instead, all the wrong cars are sideways! Honestly, I wrestled with Photobucket & Imageshack for like an hour tonight, trying to get them to post upright. I can not wait for the day I'll be able to post pics directly on gtplanet!

For those who collect this casting, this is a 5DOT variation. The original is with the LWs. There are other variations of this which include having the metal insert, having one that's painted and not having one entirely. I've got 2 of the 4 different versions so far.


Not to be confused with the one that commonly has it; the one with the "64" tampo on the back.

Never had a problem with imageshack, probably because I only use it on very rare occasions.

He's a good player, but I can't stand his personality.

Understandable and a lot of other people feel the same way. But personally he has earned my respect with the way he has conducted himself on and off the field this year.

I think they sold out couple of weeks ago, Jason. I take that back, looks like they are back in again. Probably from all the people who were threatening to cancel previous Gulf orders because they weren't able to buy the Drag Buses.

I'm sort of kicking myself for not ordering two GT-40s. I thought about contacting their customer service & ask them to bump my order to two, but I was lazy. Just glad I have two of each on other models, with the exception of the Beetle funnycar thing. Had to have the other three models!

I just sent them a email with my order information on that GT-40, see if they can tuck one more on that backorder for me. Actually, even that Drag Beetle has grown on me(since I saw the pic you posted ), but I know they sold out like in the first day.

I forgot all about their new "Blown Delivery", which I just noticed was also sold out. I'd have ordered it if they were still available, but I headed to their forum & people there claim that they sold out by 9:01am....... in one frigging minute. I already sucked it up & bought the only one that I really wanted(2011, blue w/real riders), but still.......

Maybe its just me, but my only issue with the Hot Wheels Ford GT40 is I don't like how it sits, it doesn't have that squat to it.
