Getting some info about the car on HWC:

If I can remember correctly, these were experimentally co-molded wheels. The dark yellow was first but I can't remember if it was in BP. It's was a very short run. The lime-yellow was relatively common. These wheels both appeared on the Mazda and BMW 850i Great Find!

I love that Sandman. My dad used to have a blue one, if I see one in blue im getting it.

I think I just paid entirely too much for a Hot Wheels Miata.

Edit: DUDE, it's $37 + $6.50 in shipping! YES!!

While I do think it's a high number, I'll say it's a well-spent high number. This thing isn't a rare run-of-the-mill car, it isn't even one of those hyped posssses. This thing is almost prototype, it's even odd. Good grab Jason, it hurts, but you're never going to find that kinda stuff for cheap.

Yes, it's all thread-relevant. The blue nail polish looks ever so pretty and the two bottles of purple are for a larger car. If you've been paying attention, you know why it's that particular shade. Hopefully two bottles will be enough.

You can see the impressive detailing in the wheels and edges. It'll stay a desktop accessory though since it isn't 1:64. I was planning on painting it yellow, but then I read "Seacrest County" on the body and now I can't.

Pretty good price on that NFS McLaren. Was thinking of getting the slightly smaller ones, but I've only seen them at Toys R Us for $5 or so...

Anyways, good news for some of us who haven't gotten the later 2013 Boulevards... The GT2 will be in the mainlines!!!

I can just picture Cano curled up in bed surrounded by hundreds of cars, while his wife is relegated to a sleeping bag on the floor.

I was thinking something more dramatic as in Cano and wife literally letting a toy car get between their relationship.

He'll give his top ten favourite cars a nick name, and they go everywhere he goes: to work, while watching TV, on bus rides, at the coin laundry, shaving, ironing clothes, doing the number 2, and even the unmentionable. Whenever there's a conversation between wife and him, he would pull out one car every now and then to add another recipient to get their take on the debate on which new couch they should buy, or which movie they should go see at the theaters, and even which dress makes her look pretty and which one makes her look fat at the movies.

Hot Wheels aren't that expensive, but point taken. My hats off to Hot Wheels on the racing scheme Celica. WTF awesome. 👍

I've been busy & haven't checked for any new hot wheels or MBX I've been after, then I ran into these at Dollar Tree of all places:







I also got that Tomica Toyota Bb/Scion xB from eBay. The same one I've been refunded on. I will take a picture of it when I do updated Scion xB comparo shots(dedicated of course to Cano, my Scion friend ).

They are hit & miss here depending on stores. If I were you, I'd check different type stores from time to time. I'm thinking they can be hard to find, if you go to same couple of stores/chains over & over. In my area, if I check Walmart, Fred Meyer/Korger(sp?), Target, maybe even drug store chains like Rite Aid, Walgreens, one or two of those stores likely would have it. Hot Wheels are almost $2 at drug stores though.
