I had never seen the green/gold version, very cool.

Also, how come you don't have the all red/blackwall Miata? It's like the easiest of them all o_O

Those luckily are not hard to find. They are however harder to find with size 2 wheels. Most 2012 HW Racing Muscles have those, some Vintage Racing, Boulevards Porsche 914 and Austin Healey have them too.

Easiest one to get hold of for a low price I thin kis the HW Racing Series (Muscle) Olds Aurora GTS-1.

I knew I've seen them before, but I couldn't place it. Thank you very much guys. Do they have a name, or are they just referred to as "Watanabes"?

AOS throwing this "Size 2" stuff around that I have never heard any other collector use before. The best way to get those is the HW Racing releases with the old Trans-Am looking cars.

@Cano - The all red (no tampos) with blackwalls is not as easy to find as you might think. At least in this country. Also, I bought you two more of those Dodge A100's (you asked for 4?) and got 2 of the Buick Police cars in White/Black.

@a6m5, RR8SP as far as I know. Real Rider 8-spokes. Only problem I have with this is that if they ever have a different wheel style with 8 spokes, there's going to be overlap and confusion.

@R1600Turbo That's because I made up the size numbers. Describing them as small and large only is like the inaccuracy of imperial measurement. What are you going to call the bigger wheels you find on trucks or the teeny wheels on the Go Kart? "Larger"? "Smaller"? "Smallest"? What I could consider large wheels, someone could've considered extra large. It's silly to me. I like to go by fixed increments so there's no confusion of size, and hopefully this will spread out further enough throughout time that it becomes standard jargon. Maybe the default should be size 3 because of the two smaller size wheels that exist.

I'll make a note of the RR8SP. Thanks Andy. 👍 I think I want to get into wheel swapping soon(I know, I know). It's just that finding the hardware like screws, axle shafts got me turned off last time. I'll do some research in the "custom" thread in coming weeks. Jason needs to open a online hot wheel customization hardware store.

I just call them by the names that Mattel give them, and then really if there are only two options "Large" and "Small" seem like a simple KISS solution to me. :P

OH YEEEEEEAH

on the Matchbox of course.

Also, I'll try to find one of them all-red Miatas for you, they were very very common, I remember finding them all over the place, which wasn't the case with the tampoe'd ones over here. I'll keep my eyes peeled.

Thanks a lot dude. If you need the dough tell me and I'll paypal it.

@R1600Turbo, Perhaps that was a little too idealistic. I think it would be nice if even we as a group here used it (especially with the customizing topic). Considering how we are easy to find on Google now, it can spread on its own without extra effort.

@Shinji This:

AOS-
Anyway, that dude who offered me a chunk of his Speed Machines collection has finally got back to me. From Sept 6 until now, Nov 15. I waited 2 months for this guy, pestered him on week 4, agreed to contact him again on week 6, he totally forgot (and I totally expected this), and he acknowledged my patience because I'm a G. So now I'm getting a Birthday MR-2 (another one you never had, Jason :P) and 7 Speed Machines (including my now second red McLaren F1) for $40. Another victory for this badass mother-.

Badass mother- is a badass mother-. :P

I don't get it. Why so many, and why do they cost so much?
I've seen a million of those around.

You can use it, I don't really have any use for it. ;)

Nope. I got him to list the lot just to make the transaction official. I did not expect he would disguise it as a load of garbage for a high price.

@Canoe, paypal me some dough. I'd love to bake some bread.

Never, your shipping quotes for bread are out of this world.

I grabbed the EF Civic today. Tidy. Altough it'll probably end up as a custom once I find another one because two tampos are misplaced.

@Cano, No no. Go on Paypal and literally send me the dough you keep mentioning. I've never been able to do that before so I want to see it happen. :P

TINY!

Wow. Matchbox isn't bad, but the Kyosho...... You couldn't be bothered to take it out of the blister, could you? :grumpy:

Damn you for getting C cases before us.

I was as surprised as you. No other c-case worth of getting, though. No 8C, no Panamera nor anything like that, just that Civic waiting for me.

Oh you. Screw you

It just might be the biggest letdown of the century. So bad I could donate it to a thrift shop.

It'll be free of its lid for a photo, but like all the Kyoshos I have, they go back onto their base, lid and box and get stored in the same box as my carded items. Now I just need to eventually find another MIB Kyosho so I can use its box to store away the black Exige that never came with one. I've made it a rule (another spending restriction) that my Kyosho collection will all have a base, lid and box. The card is not necessary.

Opened more cars I know I'd never sell/trade(Part II).

HW RLC/HWC Baja Bruiser

RLC 2011 sELECTIONs Blown Delivery

I was after Blown Delivery for a looong time before I finally got it. I don't think I ever handled a loose car that just made me go "whoa". From the paint job to the small details in the design, it's above even other collectible hot wheels. 👍 You gotta really hold one in your hand to see how cool this car truly is.

Screw you, Shinji. Dat Baja Bruiser is so freakin sweet. Love the little details like the embossed tailgate on it.👍

If you eeeeeeeeeeeeever get rid of the Baja Bruiser, pleeeeeeeeease drop me a line.
I think the going rate for one of those is $15(shipped). If you really like it, I recommend just ordering one from eBay. As for my Baja Bruiser, even if I sold all my hot wheels, this is one of the few I'd keep. :D

Thanks buddy.

Edit: Not a lot of Blown Delivery fan in here I've been noticing. On HWC, it's super popular. Us two certainly are fan. 👍

I don't know what you just said. I don't speak Canadian.
