omg I cannot believe someone actually got this on purpose :0 it's as ugly as spitting in church. The flamed Merc on the other side, pure.class. The other car off that set is also pretty awesome, I've got them both somewhere.

I was comparing that green Hirohata to the flamed one, and they actually added the side-pipes to the flamed one(not present on the other).

I actually like the Deco Delivery, especially those orange/red wheels. Bit surprised you didn't like the car!

Yeah, lakes pipes are a traditional custom touch but the Hirohata didn't incoporate them for some reason... maybe because it was built back in the heyday and that wasn't "traditional" back then but something that you just did. They weren't a big deal I mean.

Also, never liked the Deco. And I said on purpose because they were the prize car for the Convention, Ahmed has one he won in the custom contest back in 2009. He doesn't like it either. How much was it? So I can laugh even more lol

It was one of those impulse buys. I placed the starting bid, I did regret it, not because of the car, but I found other cars I liked more. Really not a bad price though.

Wish I could afford several of those clear plastic display cases sold online for my cars. But alas I cannot, so at the moment I will be settling for putting them in those small plastic cases like AOS but at $40 shipped for 100 of them (which is not enough to cover my collection) I wish I wasn't so broke.

I was hoping somebody outbid me, but was surprised when I got it for the opening bid I think of $9.99.

I like convention cars, but yes, pricing can be absolutely unreal.

I've made trays that fit my cases perfectly. Similarly you could do that same. The plus is that it's transformable and you never have to take the cars out of its little bubble so it stays dust-free.

I FINALLY got to pick up my School Busted today after going to my post office armed with the print out of package tracking. Two of these are chase & naturally, the two I had plan on opening up all along. whatever
