Thanks Johnny, but I'm too lazy. Our old trusty JDM-mate Jason will post it for us when the time comes.
Fair enough. I wasn't expecting it to be used by everyone anyway.

I think it's been posted in this thread before. Thanks anyway. 👍Fair enough. I wasn't expecting it to be used by everyone anyway.

So true. You're welcome. With a thread almost 800 pages strong, something's bound to get reposted.
Get a niiiice light on that paint job!
I need that to complete my XB collection. You should sent it to me.
When are you opening that one?
We'll do this again in a couple of weeks. j/kNope.
It is in copper. I looked on eBay too, couldn't find one. It seems to be either really rare, or brand spanking new.Actual FTEs? Copper open-5-spoke wheels? If not, you're speaking of OH5.
Regardless, I don't know about it. I only know the first release from 2011 and the frying customs.
Careful with that one, look like a dye job. That is not an official release that I am aware of in that color. The fact his name has "kustoms" in it doesn't help.It is in copper. I looked on eBay too, couldn't find one. It seems to be either really rare, or brand spanking new.
Edit: Come to think of it, it may not be FTEs.
Well, I'm convinced the car is stock, as he generally sells official retail stuff, and any customs are marked as such. I'll try contacting the guy as nobody's ever seen this thing.Careful with that one, look like a dye job. That is not an official release that I am aware of in that color. I had never even heard of that, but I just checked out a youtube video on dying hot wheels, and I think you are right. Wheels are same as stock, too.Maybe it's just me but I see hints of dye on the base. Something is fishy that's for sure.
I just got the message back from the seller, and he says he got it from a small collection, and that he thinks it came from a set, but do not know. I guess you could say that this is a lock to be a dye job.Well at least he's not asking a fortune for it. But I bet anything it's a dye job. The original car being white makes it super easy to change it's color.

Yeah no way it came that way from Mattel. Only two releases are the first edition (white) and the Flying Customs (same blue-ish) and I have not seen a thing on a new release. The black R34 that just hit in the D case is part of the "Now and Then" series so there is a possibility we'll see the 2000GT-R this year but it would also be black.I just got the message back from the seller, and he says he got it from a small collection, and that he thinks it came from a set, but do not know. ^ That springs up another topic:
Which would you rather see make it for the 2014 Then and Now Series to pair up with the R34? The Kenmeri or Hakosuka? It's going to be in the same colour scheme as the R34 if that hasn't already been clear.
We'll do this again in a couple of weeks. j/k
It's a popular casting, and 3,000's a pretty limited run,
Yeah, I've seen his Dairy Deliveries, but I have no interest in them at this point. I have noticed how high the original 510's been going for. I'd imagine the price hike's driven by new collectors late to the party.@a6m5, that goldfacekandykustoms guy is selling quite a variety of RR Dairy Deliveries. http://www.thetoypeddler.com/cgi-bin/ttp/ttpdetail_2.cgi?item_id=1766537
That Bronze Datsun BB 510 going for $5: http://www.thetoypeddler.com/cgi-bin/ttp/ttpdetail_2.cgi?item_id=1763615
That Green/gold Miata for $3: http://www.thetoypeddler.com/cgi-bin/ttp/ttpdetail_2.cgi?item_id=1724984
That brown/maroon Miata /3SP for $2: http://www.thetoypeddler.com/cgi-bin/ttp/ttpdetail_2.cgi?item_id=1654052
Same. I think it's just a better casting. Hard to describe it, but Hakosuka's proportion seems off to me.I'd like the Kenmeri. I've always liked that car more than the Hako, oddly. And HW got it damn right.
Thanks. 👍The Kenmeri is a dye job. Easily done with a white car, which the FE is, and there have been no announcements on a new deco for the Kenmeri in 2014. But its coming...
Especially where you live!Actually I didn't notice that at first. Make's it all the more special.
