Yes..... Plastic model box art in general are very nice. As a kid, I think there were few that I downright fell in love with!Tomica box art reminds me of Tamiya box art. If Tamiya were to do (A1 size) box art prints at an affordable price, and i had the room to display them, i would probably buy them.
Same, I have both of them actually. The Cylon Raider and the Colonial Viper. $5 isn't much for them, worth it to me.
They look like just a molded plastic. Sounds like Johnny haven't opened his, but have you opened yours Jason? Do they have any construction to them at all, or just one lump piece of a molded material?I've not only saw it, I've purchased it. As for special features, I'm not sure.
That'd be correct. They look like just a molded plastic. Sounds like Johnny haven't opened his, but have you opened yours Jason? Do they have any construction to them at all, or just one lump piece of a molded material?
Haven't opened mine either. I think the bases are metal, all the paint details, and pretty sure they come with a stand to put them on.They look like just a molded plastic. All those plastic storage cases. With the money you spend on those, you could have these:- Consumption of cars overall has hit the steepest decline yet in the past quarterly! But money is still being spent! What is happening!?

I might buy one, just waiting until I get the rest of the 1:1 car parts I need. If I have any cash left over I'll pick one up. Cheaper than the Carney cases.I know that that link wasn't for me, but curiosity got the better of me. I could definitely use one of those. I've actually wanted one since the days of playing with Hot Wheels cars rather than collecting them.

Death sentence. No PayPal, no business. I think I've mailed a personal check to a seller one time on TTP, but he had awesome cars & he was giving them away. I'm not a fan of monopoly(love the game), but I don't know how any online seller could survive without PayPal.- diecast-1 on thetoypeddler will no longer accept paypal starting next year. Good thing I grabbed the '13 Mystery T-Bird and Sport Elise!

Are you sure you aren't referring to limited non-retail model? I've seen Seagraves & Centurys with extra detail & metallic paint jobs, and while they are super beautiful, they were fetching crazy money on eBay & TTP.You have you guys seen the 2014 installment of the '56 Buick Century Police? It's a fire dept. livery completed with dark metallic red paint, and white wall tires.
$18 in the US, not sure about them foreign countries.P.S. For $99 + god knows how much shipping would be, I can put 108 cars on the wall. For $25 + 5-9 hours of labour, I can hold 96. Much rather settle for the latter.
They are absolutely gorgeous. I came across Seagraves from some German toy show just over the weekend on eBay, but just didn't quite like it enough to pony up $40+.That Buick was last years Matchbox convention car.
I loved even the stock Buick Century cars, so I wish Matchbox did collector version of that car, similar to Hot Wheel brand.@a6m5, "Matchbox Gathering Buick". It's a dealer model according to Ambassador Lamley. It looks so damn pretty though.
Not stupid..... certifiably crazy maybe.I offered this guy $30 shipped. Am I stupid?

He accepted my offer for $30 shipped, but after Andy mentioned his other items I went looking and came across a 300ZX and a Nissan Hardbody I needed to. Counter offered with $45 shipped for the 3.I had never seen that thing with 7 spokes. Rare.
Yep, that one is fairly easy to get.@R1600Turbo, You got the Target Black Miata, don'tcha?

Edit: Got the 7-spoke Miata, Maroon 300ZX and the Black/Pink Nissan Hardbody all for $45 shipped. Think I did ok.
I offered 30 for the Miata, 10 for the 300ZX and 5 for the Hardbody. So paid slightly less for all since it's free shipping too.For the overpriced stuff he has on his E-bay page, you did more or less well. The others were 5 each?
