Do an under-the-table transaction with him. Well, so long as you accept the risks involved.
I'm trying, that's where the email issue comes in.

Might just re-list it with no country restrictions and hopefully he can get it this time.

Well this is odd.

Normally the purple Porsche 911 GT1 comes with a big slab of white tampo on the top of the body.

The PR5 variation I just got has the same tampos, but the white is a pink! Sources says no such thing exists (or that it has not been recorded or noticed), but I did find a WSP and SB variation with what looks like a dyed car.

Both are eBay listings.

Here's what I got with a comparison pic of a normal GT1:

Odd, wouldn't you say? It's like those pink windshield "variations"
. At first I figured only the SB and PR5s would have 'em, considering the WSP being the most common, but that second listing proved that wrong.

I'd like a Homer but I won't go out of my mind for it. If I find it hangin' I'll buy it, but I won't pay anything more than a buck for it. Or maybe a trade for other novelty cars.

@Cano, where did you find the LaFerrari? I need one now!
Batch E, coming soon. (think the photo came from T-Hunted.com)

@a6m5 @Cano Just got off the phone with BRE. They haven't even received their shipment from Mattel yet. :( Then they have to ship them to John Morton to have them autographed, so it could be a while before we see the cars. :(

That sucks. It will be a real while. Hope we get them before march.

@R1600Turbo: "Preferred" meaning "I prefer Real Riders" or Preferred Real Rider wheels?

As for anyone wanting to know how close some cars are to price guide values, I've no idea yet.

I prefer real riders.

And the best place to look for values is sold listings on eBay. I'd say add a page or two together and then divide by the number of listings and that might give you a fair value.

Did you set up the block list setting to filter the flaky bidders?(non-paying, negative feedback, etc.). While it very well could be some glitch on eBay, it's also possible that eBay is blocking someone you preferred(thru the filter setting) not to deal with.

$3~$4 tops for me. 👍

I appreciate the update brosepth. 👍

Super Treasure Hunt, right? I have mixed feelings about $TH. They are nice & I'm a real riders junkie, but they command around $20 & they can look kind of cheap sometimes with plastic base, too. I do like this Shelby, but chances are, I'll never own one.

P.S. I've looked at Tomica(old) Winnebagas before, and I just passed on one on TTP, because it had chips & stuff, though it was only five bucks...... then just saw this sell from the same seller. 🤬 awesome & I'm 🤬 sorry I missed it!

Yep.
Shelby 1000?
GT500, unless that was intentional; calling the GT500 a 1000 since its a Super TH and not regular TH.

Ah, $5 I would...... IF I COULD FIND IT!! I swung by Toys R Us on the way home just tonight, hoping to find new Retro Entertainment(Dodge Power Wagon), they finally had some new stuff....... new stuff that's been selling at other stores for at least couple of months.

lololo I have it. And it's better than that one.

Haha, I feel you'll all (or at least some of you) eventually fall down for the allure of older cars.
 I want to say never, but way I'm falling for HWC/RLC stuff, cars with older styling, I guess it's sort of never say never.

There's nothing, I tell you, nothing like finding a mint old gem waiting for you. Hell even when they're a bit wasted it's cool because you can bring them back to life, but when you find a trully mint old car it's just something else.

Stopped by the dollar store tonight for packing materials, and they put some A case 2014 cars out. There were a couple Jetsons cars and a TH WRX STi. Left them all.

I'd have picked up the Treasure Hunt WRX, but I guess one of those is enough.

I still remember when I paid $30 on a Tomica from my childhood, how I couldn't believe I shelled out $30 for a minicar....... I think I set a new record tonight: $85

I've been chasing that car since I first brought it up last fall? I finally gave up on the RLC Bluebird/510, and negotiated for loose one on eBay, also the one I ended up getting on TTP. Just could not find one cheaper.

*yawn* j/k

I don't see it Cano, but that is indeed where the real money's at! 👍
