Here's the Hachi-Roku I bought today. There's something different about it, that being the chrome worn off the wheels right out of the blister. :odd: :)

I said I got it for customizing. More tomorrow in the proper place. ;)

That happens with some cars. Sometimes, it's the result of surfaces rubbing against the card.

I've got two cars I recently uncarded that show that:

Check that rear fender tampo:

Check that side tampo:
Plymouth+AAR+Cuda+(2011+Vintage+Racing).jpg

They were some of my prettiest diecasts too.

Anyway, I've been busily working on revamping the series page of cars on that blog of mine.

While I'm technically still using them, I've taken away the appearance of tables so it looks less boring, shrunk all the images and rearranged the text to be more easier to follow, and to reduce overall scrolling.

Aw man that had to happen to those cars of all others too. :(

That blog is a wonderful work. I sometimes wish that I had one to showcase what I have, but this place is plenty enough for me. :)

I've got that baracuda with the EXACT same tampo scar but with a little more flakeoff... I noticed when I got mine there where no flakes in the blister making me thing this was something it drug against before packaging

does anyone have a stash pile of the chincy brands lyin around? theres one car in particular I've hunted for years.

I saw it on the back of the packaging on a car i bought at a flea market... years of googling and ebaying have finally found me a mere one link with any photos of the actual car.

if anyone has any more helpful information for me I would be extremely grateful.
Well, the link calls it Zylmex. Couple of search results refers to it as "1992 Nissan R91CP" by Zee Toys.

Stupid eBay hack! I went to search for the Sooo Hot and was told I need to change my password via the forgot password option. Sadly my email address on there is no longer accessible and the phone options were my old mobile number, so I'll have to ask customer services to update my email.

Dang hackers, ruin it for everyone.

Which color on the Mustang? I have the blue one, might be able to get another. I'm thinking about placing an order for the red one on eBay tonight and can order 2 if you want it.

@Cano you never answered my question about the AW Mustang you wanted.

Yeah, sorry dude, was super busy. If you can get a blue one it would be sweet. Haven't you seen the green one anymore?

What the hell happened to the Panda anyway? Haven't seen him around in ages. Always enjoyed seeing the stuff he posted, funny guy too.

Word. I see his username pop up from time to time but nothing in here. Screw you @diabolicwyvern.

Hah! Another in my collection that you do not have. Good. Eat crow.

Should I mention that I also have older, more awesome versions of this one, too? Including the damned 1995 Real riders version in that funky text-marker yellow color (:

Yeah, whatever. :(

And of course, that doesn't include the other variations of this casting like the cement mixer or the tank truck, of which I recently completed all the 80s versions in minty shape (:

I'm not talking to you anymore.

Just did all the work for you. Also

some of us believe that all cars should be opened (ask Cano - and me)

Loose is justice! So justice in fact that I've sold some carded 80s cars that I didn't have in my collection because I don't like them trapped, yet I appreciate their collector value as carded cars too much to rip them open. They'll eventually fall in my paws all loose to play with them :3

Cano was the Sith Lord who converted some of us(gaddamn dark side feeding us w/cookies....).

Cookies of awesome. And maaaan have you chewed on the open-your-cars stuff, you've liberated several pretty valuable cars!

all of us rubbing off on each other, hopefully for the better.
Virtually and metaphorically, of course. Rubbing up Cano might be a bit abrasive.

Neither of you guys' bodies are ready.

I'll be posting bunch of mainline cars on TTP, maybe even eBay. So far, I have these Hot Wheels mainlines. Offer is open to any regular members in here.

Is it me or you took down the page? PB pops an error ):

Damn that thing is awesome. Also, Zylmez, Zee and Z are the same brands, just evolving trough time. I have a bunch of these but had never seen the R91CP. Very cool 👍

Oh and also:

(hopefully off the addiction). :dopey:

Hey photonrider, I read your post earlier regarding the Ford Sierra, I see your a fan of it too. ;) How many Sierra's do you have?

Sorry, Sonygamer - I did see your previous post and was going to answer eventually (not ignoring you, but soooo many responses to my posts to respond to that my head is spinning  ) and I have to pick and choose as my time would allow.
I do have another - it's a Majorette, and I posted it here years ago, but promise to post it again as soon as possible.
Yes - it's one of my favourite castings, unfortunately only one - or else it would have been opened and toyed with (opening doors!! Gawd, I'm a shameless kid, and proud of it.)
However - the way Cano is taunting me, it probably will be ripped open soon.

That was so great!

I laughed so hard at that, and still snikkering at it. This is one of the problems about GTP - sometimes the banter comes to mind later on (maybe when one is in some serious environment) and I burst out laughing, and tend to get some pretty odd looks from my contemporaries.

I'll tell you what I used the blistercard for: to make a template for the tail-duck wing of a custom Anglia I'm working with. When it was done, to the recycling bin it went.

The only way I'll be able to get one is from eBay, so either I can order them and we'll split the shipping costs or you can try to obtain one on your own.

Hi folks, can someone say me, how much hw road racers are worth ?
I am talking about the Porsche 935, Greenwood Corvette and Ford gt40.( All carded )
I may want to sell them but i dont know yet

Bother!

Was keen on the tbird, viper and Countach on page 1.
I can definitely sell them to you. Just be aware of the shipping. Let me know if you want them. :)

They are still premium cars, but not worth what they were when they first came out. I think I paid around $20 for the 935 back then, but just 3, 4 months ago, I shopped the Greenwood Corvette, and I think I only paid $7, $8 per car for the complete six-car set(shipping included).

Check eBay search, then select "Sold Listings" for the latest going prices. 👍

Edit: It was $51 for the set(shipped). $8.50 per car, but of course, Greenwood is worth more than others. Surprisingly, demand for the 935 was fairly low.

Same thing happened to the Mastretta I found a little wile ago. The Chrome had been completely worn off of the right front wheel. *shrugs*

Hell yes. :embarrassed: Those Toyota camper's are as sweet as hell, cool too to see a picture of the 260Z and the Beret (the Z has just been shipped :D). Thanks for the link. 👍

Finished listing over a hundred mainline cars. Check her out. Also, @yabiggoose I left off the three cars you were interested in, just in case. Let me know if you still want them. If not, I can just list them with others, so no biggie. 👍
And they use passenger jets to do the shipping.
.... no way.

Those vans, right? Yeah, I was eyeing those, too. They must be the fall release?

.... no way.
Yeah even a full passenger plane will have extra space in the luggage area and the Post Office uses it to carry packages across country. Once I was sitting in a plane waiting to taxi out and since I had a window seat I watched them load up big bags of mail, boxes etc. I'm sure it's much cheaper for them to rent out space from commercial airliners to move their mail than to use their own aircraft or even maintain a fleet of semi trucks.

Is this how my package from Japan took an Hawaii vacation? Baggage handlers.....

Yep, want that Black one badly. Also I just now noticed the picture of the Nissan service Bluebird I ordered, god that's a good looking model. Late August release on that one though. :indiff:

I'm surprised that for something marked as "free shipping", it took only 7 days for one box of CM'S to arrive from HK.

I still don't have it yet since no one was home at the time.

That is fast, but probably doable. On the other hand, $250 basketball card I sold to Japan I think 20 days ago, it's still stuck at customs.

I had some success at TTP today. I've yet to finalize any orders, but over 15 cars are now sold. :D

At least you won't be paying any premiums from any other stores, or eBay. :D That link, they also sell TLVs, but once again, they cost more than AmiAmi. :embarrassed:

Just won some Kyosho Alfa 155 "6" Nannini for opening bid. Nani?!

I was about to bid on the Alfa TZ3 Corsas too because they looked kind of cool, but given that I also recently decided I was eventually going to gather all 3 Kyosho SLS AMGs instead of looking for another Greenlight, I stopped myself. I can't go yolo all the time.
