Dang. How come? Storage issue? I don't think I put a chip on one car since I started collecting(something like 3 years ago?).

Yeah. Mostly storage, and I usually played with my cars, and didn't really take them seriously. Now, I look back at those cars, and wish I had taken better care of them. I've just recently been using good storage methods to take care of my cars, so it's all good now.

Yeah, probably would have gone for Black or White myself () but the Yellow looks really nice in your pics. Oh and that Greenlight Focus too, screw you.

So anyway, I've got way too many pretty cars to bomb your eyes with. This forum's network infrastructure wouldn't be able to handle it, which is why I'm going to split up the stack of boxes over the next 2 weeks or so.

This black livery was made to compliment its tarmac-focused goal.

Why bid a salary on toy cars? Unless the payoff is guaranteed to double what they bidded, I can't see how it's worth dumping that much money into a box.

Could, but for the average person, where are they going to find the money to pay that immediately? You can't finance on eBay. You'd probably have to take money out of your savings, redo your mortgage, and pay only fractions during your monthly bills. All that just leads to being charged interest on all your debts. That may put you in a financial crisis before you could even resell that box if you think about it.

Not everyone is broke, maybe Mark has a nice retirement savings sitting untouched and considered using part of it. None of us know that, but I'm sure he's not alone. But there's no reason for us to speculate, as it's none of our business. I just thought I would share since he decided to share on HWC. The rest of us can just watch the auction and facepalm when it ends. Doesn't need to be a lengthy discussion about it.
