Kagawa better make the starting 11 next season. He's too valuable of a player. He made Dortmund play really well (Granted they now have Reus who is probably better) but, now with United, when Kagawa is on the pitch, things seem to be going well. Why can't Sir Alex play him more often? Beats me.

He missed like 3 months with injury so its taken him a while to get going but hes played in nearly every match since his hat-trick and was excellent in the last two matches.

So it looks like RVP will be getting player of the year after his performance today, Bale will most likely get young player of the year.

I wasn't saying it was entertaining, like last season, but United did play a pretty amazing season. They can still set the record for highest points total right?

Technically yes, but it won't go down as a new record. We can finish on 96, which is the highest it is. The record books however don't just show the first team to do it so we will be alongside Chelsea, but not on our own.

Missed today's match but congtats Man U and fans. You really started pulling away and it was inevitable.

I now hope to see Man City end in top 4 with Arsenal and Spurs. Let Chelsea finish 5th and not make the CL :P

He got dropped for a few games after the hat-trick but he's played a few since. I hope he's a first team regular next season, he's quality.

I rather receive a sexual act from a man than give Man United a guard of honor next week

Well considering how Robin van Persie has bent Arsenal over and made their eyes water, I think you'll be doing both of these things next week.

Well he has hardly been dominant this year

9 or 8 I would say

Sounds about right.

Goals since Jan, 1? (Apart form the 3 yesterday).

Not exactly fantastic, Before Suarez losing it on Sunday he should have been rated higher than RVP.

Not a Bale fan but he's been more consistent aswell.....

Im getting worried about the Rooney/Fergie situation again...he has started the last four games...but he's also been subbed in the last four games...

So Suarez has accepted the FA charge but he disputes the fact that it warrants more that a 3 game ban...theres something seriously wrong with him!

As much as I hate him but Gareth Bale has been brilliant,PFA should go to him.

And why exactly would I be mad over it?! The Portuguese league is a jumper league, where most of the biggest player transfers in past 5 or so years have come from the top 3 Portuguese clubs. 2 of the top managers to leave Porto are doing great things in the bigger leagues backed by much more money (Mourinho + AVB). I just don't like Abrahmovich and his managerial sacking ways. That and the smug attitude from glory seeking bandwagon riders. Before Mou went to Chelsea, how many fans did you have? :yuck:

Loser? Bitter boy are we?! :dunce:
Your club got the easier draw facing Basel and should head to the final but if you face Benfica, they will knock your club on it's ass. As a Porto fan, I'm not ashamed to admit that either.

Ten games is about right. 7 was the minimum they would have gave him for parity with the Dutch FA.

I don't get these bans, how is biting someone any worse than racially abusing him ? or comitting a horror career ending challenge?

It's not any worse, but the ban also takes into account different things, like previous infractions by the same player. Not only has Suarez already served a lengthy ban in the EPL, he has also served a lengthy ban for the same offense in the Dutch league, so any ban imposed for this latest incident ought to reflect the fact that he has clearly learned nothing. Also, Liverpool are making themselves look bad by reacting the way they have - 'shocked' at the length of the ban... really? While they have every right to be disappointed and angry, they surely cannot be surprised!... and if they had any guts, they'd sack Suarez - but of course they won't.

The next player who is found guilty of racially abusing another player will get at least ten games.
As for career ending tackles, it all depends on circumstance, if it was meant to break a leg, there will be a massive ban. Most of them are attempts to win the ball which go a bit wrong.

The ban shouldn't take into account any past incidences. He has already served the ban for them. The ban is just in proportion with the pathetic media and general public's reaction of "SAVAGE BITE BY SUAREZ" when he barely had time to even begin to sink his teeth into Ivanovic. Defoe bit Mascherano and got no ban even though he got up and went towards him just to bite him.

The FA is corrupt. You break someone's leg, no ban. You deliberately stamp on another player, no ban. You bite someone on the arm which is never going to cause physical injury, ban. Yeah ok. Maybe Suarez should of just broken his leg, he would have got away with it then because people expect that stuff to happen and won't make a big deal out of it.

Are you a Liverpool fan by any chance?

Defoe was not banned because FA rules meant that he could not be banned because the referee had seen and dealt with the issue on the pitch (a yellow card was awarded IIRC)... so you cannot compared these two incidents on that basis alone.

The length of any ban has to reflect several things, but I strongly disagree with your view that previous offenses should have no bearing on the matter.
