Safety car for the debris on the track. Thanks for the called up Alonso. No really i mean about the safety of the cars. Though still gives an advantage for both of them.

Are you surprised? They are probably extremely reluctant to do any of the above, the last thing they want to do is decide the championship with a penalty.

It's not so much if they're reluctant, they have no choice in the matter, it's their job to investigate incidents. Whether the championship is up for grabs or not should have no impact on their decisions, it's the rules.
