Pulis took the worst team from 10 points to 42 points so far. Not only that, but the way Palace play now, in comparison to their first few Holloway matches is incredible. Putting his hoofball moniker firmly to rest, I've always been a fan of Tony Pulis and he has done a fantastic job this season.

It's all about second season syndrome though. Just look at Swansea.

Er...this is our third season in the Premier League...last season we finished 11th, so in this case its third season syndrome!

If anyone is off worked tomorrow because its Good Friday then there are games on in the Championship and below...so there will probably be a Soccer Special on Sky Sports News or something...

PFA player of the season nominations:

Gerard
Sturridge
Suarez
Hazard
Yaya Toure
Lallana.

Young players:
Sturridge
Hazard
Sterling
Shaw
Barkley
Ramsey

Really surprised that Aguero isn't nominated, even if he only played for half a season, he was at the same level as Suarez IMO.

Suarez for senior and Hazard for young players I'd say.

There's no Januzaj on the young players list but that list is so strong that I cant see who would make way for him!

Hazard is on both lists for the second year in a row and this is only his second year playing in this country!

I don't think its that, he hasn't played as much as the players there I think, he has come off the bench a lot lately...

So anyway, here are the games for this Easter Weekend...

Saturday
Aston Villa v Southampton
Cardiff v Stoke
Chelsea v Sunderland (5.30 Sky)
Newcastle v Swansea
Tottenham v Fulham (12.45 BT)
West Ham v Crystal Palace

Sunday
Everton v Man United (4.10 Sky)
Hull v Arsenal (2.05 Sky)
Norwich v Liverpool (12.00 Sky)

Monday Night
Man City v West Brom (8.00 Sky)

He has the potential to become better than all of them but is not at their level, yet.

So that's 5 wins on the bounce for Palace and Tony Pulis, what a fantastic job he's doing.

Swansea win!!:D:tup:

was really tense at the end with the Bony Penalty in injury time but bloody hell we needed that! 6 points clear now...

Chelsea 1-1 Sunderland at half time....

Have a friend whos a newcastle supporter and I heard about Cabayes goal for about a month after so the amount of abuse i've given him the last few months is probably over the top but he deserves it

Need Chelsea to win because Sunderland losing is good for Swansea and Chelsea winning is bad for Liverpool....but its 1-1 25 minutes to play...c'mon Chelsea mun!

Looks like Mourinho is going to get his first loss at Stamford Bridge ever. It's definitely not the result we want because it means Liverpool have all but won the title now.

Sunderland wins over Chelsea.... At Stamford Bridge!!! :dunce::dopey:

Mourinhos first loss in Premier League at Stamford Bridge... What a result for Sunderland!

You try and find me 1, just 1 Manchester United supporter who either wants, or is impartial to Liverpool winning the league. It's an unbearable thought.

I just want them to have an absolute cluster:censored: of a run in.

But United aren't competing with Liverpool whatsoever. :odd:

This pretty much. The history and rivalry between Liverpool and United is so great that we wouldn't hear the end of it from gloating Liverpool fans for years.

Really starting to hate Mourinho, he is always moaning and complaining and when they lose he tends to blame everyone else but him and the team, I know the ref had a shocker but if his players took a few of their million chances they had then the penalty wouldn't have been a problem...so he is always whinging...and he has an unhealthy obsession with Arsene Wenger...

Arsenal back to how things were when we were top and had everyone fit, Ozil and Rambo gave us another gear.

And United need a miracle here to get anything from Everton /sigh

Liverpool are definitely in the Champions League next season after todays win, means the lowest they can possibly finish is third...
