Not a chance. This world cup won't even happen, it's obviously been bought.

I wouldn't read too much into the World Cup thing, it was just Valcke saying too much in an interview on French radio and FIFA have now said they wont make a decision until either after the World Cup this year or next year..

But it is bad lack of communication though!

A Winter World Cup is much better than a Summer one in Qatar, but it shouldn't be held in Qatar at all, football there is not very popular and I can't imagine the World Cup will improve that.

To be honest, football would be better without Fifa. The World Cup should be organized by a different body.

Edit: And David Moyes once again taking tips from Ferguson about giving out about referees.

Didn't watch the second half last night as I don't like to see City winning like that, but the West Ham fans were superb! non-stop noise from them throughout and I loved the banter they had with the City fans, the City fans were chanting 'your going down with United' and the West Ham fans hit back 'your nothing special, we lose every week!' they were terrific and deserve A LOT BETTER than what they are getting right now!

I really hope that Swansea do get Tom Ince in this window, we have been heavily linked with him and Laudrup has confirmed that there is interest but they are not in talks with Blackpool, id like to see him at the club, I think he is a great young talent

Oh and Chris Smalling is a complete idiot!!

I don't know... it's a bit tasteless but the Jaegerbomber idea is quite funny and not nearly as offensive (or idiotic) as dressing up as an actual suicide bomber (like some clown I saw in London at the march against the war in Iraq)... plus the party was at his own home, and so it was not like he went out of his way to offend people.

Football this weekend....
Saturday
Cardiff v West Ham
Everton v Norwich
Fulham v Sunderland
Hull v Chelsea (12.45 BT)
Man United v Swansea (5.30 SKY)
Southampton v West Brom
Tottenham v Crystal Palace

Sunday
Newcastle v Man City (2.05 SKY)
Stoke v Liverpool (4.10 SKY)

Monday night
Aston Villa v Arsenal (8.00 SKY)

Two big games are Man United-Swansea and Newcastle-Man City but there are two big games at the bottom on Saturday as well, no idea why the Sunday games are kicking off a little later than usual....and Rooney isn't fit and wont play tomorrow :grumpy:

I don't really know what's going on at Hillsborough right now and, as a jaded Wednesday fan of thirty years' standing, I'm not sure I like it.

I only caught the last half, but good lord.

Enjoy the moment I suppose.

Straight forward 3 points for Chelsea. Really looked sloppy in the first half but, were able to bring it back in the second half with very lovely play from Hazard and... prepare for it... FERNANDO TORRES. Torres is still not ever going to get back to his Liverpool form though. Top of the League for a few hours. I'll take it.

Im supporting United today against Swansea today rather than supporting Swansea when the two teams meet....United need the points more..

If we don't win this, I think our top 4 hopes may well be over as Spurs and Everton both won today.

I have no idea what's going to happen, there's no confidence and I don't know where the next win is going to come from..

Looking at the team line-ups, Man Utd's full squad hardly strikes fear into the hearts of their opposition...

They look like a spent force, and unless things improve rapidly, I can see RVP and Rooney walking away.

We need something today, we are away to Chelsea next week!!

It's a better team than we've been getting for the last few games. For instance, getting Rafael back is a huge benefit and putting Fletcher in the central midfield will get a bit more creativity flowing through the squad (at least more creativity than Cleverley puts in. I must say though, we are really missing Scholes in the midfield.

United havent got a lot on the bench, but neither have Swansea really..

0-0 at half time, not to bad by United, Welbeck wasted our best chance and I sort of got the feeling that we are playing as an away team, maybe that's what Moyes is trying to do to stop our shocking home form...be like the away team!

We have got Jesse Lingard and Wilfried Zaha to add a bit more creativity if we need it. And I agree, that was a much better first half than the last few games. We really need to have more shots on goal if we want to win as well. The crowd seem to be behind the team as well, I heard the old and new David Moyes songs in that first half so that's good.

35% possession home against Swansea in the first half.... Good job United. Just great.

And why is Welbeck even in this squad? He is rubbish!

And another thing Moyesy, play Kagawa as CAM! Not left midfielder. Damnit.

Not even SAF got this right. Any he was told to only play him in the middle by the guy that made Kagawa 2 years Bundesliga player of the year. Guess they don't agree.

Can't disagree with that, that stat is awful

He's simply our best option right now with RVP out

Good point, we're playing 4-4-2 when we should be playing 4-2-3-1.
