He must be snorting Faberge eggs. There's a few jokes going around about how he was never any good at saving anyway, but it is a serious problem. I think his quoted career earnings are about £20,000,000 so he has gotten some bad financial advice and made bad financial decisions somewhere along the way.

One too many mock-tudor Cheshire mansions i bet. Either that or the diamond-encrusted 22's on his wife's Project Kahn Range Rover Sport.

Probably imagined he'd be playing Premiership footie into his 60's so never bothered saving.

He's playing in the Indian premier league at the moment, presumably for the money.
And he'd bankrupt? How? How do you have a probably 6 figure a week income, well at least 5 figure and be "bankrupt".

Who here is a Liverpool fan?

They are actually my favorite soccer (football ;)) team. For MLS I like LA Galaxy, but that is a different story...

I don't think you're outnumbered, just not as vocal as a certain other team's fans.:)

We haven't had much to shout about this season so far, hasn't been a very good start but hopefully we can turn things around.

For me been more of this :banghead: then shouting and jumping around for joy.

Doesn't matter who supports whom. Famine and I are the only Sheffield Wednesday and Wrexham supporters, respectively.

Big whoop.

I don't suppose there's any other Arsenal fans here? :embarrassed:

Reason why James is Bankrupt is because of some bad investments and a divorce..

His divorce cost him £3 million. That leaves him with £17 million he has accrued over his career and wasted, going by the £20 million estimate.

I Believe It's Only 20 options that you can put for a poll so either we go with a premier league one with all 20 clubs and then a European one etc

No. It's just not feasible. We have that thread where you can say which club you support and here we can just talk about... the footie.

Wrexham have gone off the boil lately. Hovering outside of the play-offs but we didn't win any league games in October. Need to know how to kill games off and not give away sloppy equalisers.

Really disappointed about that Manchester derby though. A 0-0 would have been a fine result away from home but for Smalling's stupidity.
