If the gravel was part of the race track maybe. The only reason I can see for Shedden being allowed to keep this is the PR of an estate win for the series.
Well you're anti-Honda, so I expect nothing less from you.

Turks was on the inside, he ran all the way through the gravel too, and pushed Shedden in there. Flash was ahead going into the corner, and would've made the corner fine if Turks hadn't outbraked himself and run in there with him.

It's happened many times before, and it's always been the same. If the car on the inside goes in too deep, both of them are off, and it's the one trying round the outside into the chicane who wins.

The win's sticking.

EDIT - Oooh, here be a picture:

Also, scanning the social media, you're the only person who thinks Flash was at fault.

It's messy, but it's a racing incident, Turk was never going to give Flash the room to get by cleanly, Turk was on the apex of the first kink, Flash couldn't go anywhere else and kept his foot in. If Turk had have kept it on the tarmac then I'd say it wasn't a fair pass, but there was basically nothing either of them could do.

I would rather Turk have won though :D

Is it me, or does it look overly gloomy at Donington today. It wasnt that gloomy there, the sun was breaking through at times.

@Scaniabebe I believe it was a 737 and yes, that was my back garden

Weather looked better than it was for me at Silverstone I can tell you that.

I think it's a bit of a non-case for Turkington and WSR, he braked so late there wouldn't have been any place for Shedden anyway.

Fantastic action anyway, even if Jason Potato managed to win a race. The WTCC should perhaps take a page off this book, because the action has been dismal over there.

They were both in the wrong really. Unlike Plato, who attempted pushed Jordan round lap 1 turn 1 race 3. If Jordan had lost it that could have been really bad for several cars.

I'm taking sides with Sheddon to be fair. From the cameras - it looked like Colin braked too late and hit the rear fender of the Honda - sending them both off..

So far so good for the quality of the races so far. I was glad to see the Airwaves cars upfront on raw pace in race 3 at Donington. At Thruxton, Im expecting the normal protagonists (JP, Turks, Neal, etc) to run well, and especially the BMR cars as this circuit should suit there cars depending on the weather conditions.

No surprise with a Honda 1-2-3. MG's with work to do........

I make no apologies for the spam of photos that will be on here when I get back tomorrow ;)

Jordan pole was predictable. Very nice to see Ford with some pace. Giovanardi back to his old slidey ways.

The official MG team name is:

MG KX CC FS Racing. That's the worst shortened name ever.
