Practice for this afternoon's (well...tonight's for you Euro guys) race has me so excited for the 24 hour race. It looks like I won't be in Georgia for it, so my only chance is to get some California drivers to join in. Come on, people!

At least California is a pretty large search area... you got about 49 million residents compared to just 9 million total in Sweden. ^^

I guess it's worth adding that participation in the VLN serves several benefits for Drivers/Teams:-

1. Promotes the forming of teams for the GTPN24 in Feb
2. Provides practise of Endurance racing with 'Heavy Damage' under pressure in a team environment at The Nurburgring N24 circuit in a variety of day/night and weather conditions
3. Will provide practise in the chosen GT6 team car (once released, and specced) in at least the final round of VLN

But VLN also provides the GTPN24 organisers a chance to look at and assess the driving standards of any 'new' drivers to the series. It is mandatory for all drivers planning to compete in the 2014 GTPN24 to have competed in at least one round of the recently completed 'Car Selection Series' or the forthcoming GTP VLN series.
