Direct flight.
Ha. Copy, I read it as 7 hours, but with the adjustment to eastern time, makes sense.. 4 1/2 hour flight makes much more sense. Hope mine is a direct flight as well - still haven't got my flight itinerary.

Oh, had another favor to ask those going to Nationals: could you keep note of the PSN names of non-GTPers then post them when you have time?

Just keep a running list if you have time, of course the competition is way more important, so I'm only asking this of people that are willing and able to do it. Cheers.

@Tyler Utley I see you're also from SoCal, I wonder if you'll be on the same flight as the rest of us flying from LAX. You can PM me if you don't want to post too many details, we'll be flying out at 1040 and arriving at 0715pm in JFK.
Yeah, I'm flying out of Ontario and have a Layover in Phoenix and from there am on the same flight as Gonzago.

Quote from the Homepage post:

Abhinav Bhat, Abhinay Bikkani, Prakash Nair, Akshay Gupta, Glen Ivan Suchita and Karl Patel came through from a 28-strong qualifier field in virtual and real racing tests, alongside fitness and media challenges to represent the planet’s second most populous nation at Race Camp. Coached by Karun Chandhok, they’ll have to beat finalists from Australia, Thailand, Mexico and the Middle East if they want to secure a racing career. With the six beating a bleep test at 44°C (111°F), the fitness should be little issue!

we'll probably be doing the same stuff... bleep test... fml...

How did you come to that conclusion?

National Finals are always different in the US compared to everywhere else. But at the same time, things always change, so you never know. But anyway, you know you'll be doing the bleep test at Racecamp so you should've been training for it already if you have a strong drive to get to England.

Don't worry about the bleep test. It's not a big deal for someone with your fitness level - and to boot, it's not a guarantee. They do different challenges at all the national finals to try and keep someone from getting an advantage by reading/talking to finalists from other countries. We'll just have to see when we get there !

As always, thank you for the help, sir!

It's finally becoming real. I was able to stay calm, but now everyone at work is talking about it, and I can't focus!
