How did you get that information in that format? Were you able to download it from somewhere? I have been doing data work for S.N.A.I.L. racing via a submission form, but if I could pull the data from an official list, it would be a lot easier.

But I'm guessing since you said "sloppy", you did this manually. :(

I was looking for that information myself and couldn't find it either so I'm guessing he just did it manually.

You may have to upgrade to G if you stand a chance of making it through. I know in Ontario to get your racing licence you got to have a G.

Guess that's some good motivation to stop dragging my feet on that. I'm sure a frustratingly small time gap will be a bigger problem though .

Also I don't know how many noticed this on the GT academy section of GT.com, but top 28 US and top 4 Can. go to national finals.

What sort of racing license? I'm asking because I've never heard of this before..

This is your real world racing license. The course is once a year and it is an intense weekend of training. If you graduate your may drive on tracks like Mosport. Google Mosport Racing School for more info

That's where I went for the info, and just manually sorted it out myself in a document. I copied it over to here but it didn't format properly and I was way to tired to figure out a way to make it look prettier. Unfortunately, I've never found a great way to get times for GT anywhere. It's also only top 30 because that's all the North Americans in the top 250.

I'll try to keep updating that list with new posts, and make one every other night or so for the rounds without elimination. For the final round I'll see if I can round one up every night or even more frequently. I'll also try and find a list that goes beyond just the top 250 globally, especially for the final round.

Edit: I'll also try to make it a little easier on the eyes in the future, that thing is a pain to read

Thanks for all your time and effort spent on putting this together for us, very much appreciated.

On the matter of this round for me, I'm pretty much at my skill level on this one. After roughly 15 hours spent on this so far, not a damn thing to show for it. Like I told everybody in the Seasonal TT's I'm just an average player, if that, and this proves it. Just because I may get lucky and do well in the Seasonals doesn't mean squat. This is what matters, right here. I mean, I thought that I might have had some kind of an outside chance at this, but I guess not....I was only fooling myself. Anyways, as I'm not one to give up, I'll keep going....makes for good practice anyways. Good luck everyone, may you all fulfill your hopes and dreams.

Thanks for pointing out that site. I forgot they did that. It really is unfortunate that they won't publish a bigger list. The top 250 doesn't even allow all those that will eventually qualify for their National finals to know where they are. Even on the GT Academy facebook page it says they will have a ranked list per country, but nothing at this point.

Maybe they will have a bigger list for the final round only?

Whats the point of doing all this pre stuff crap till you pull your hair out? everyone runs with that stupid ASM on anyways. If that isnt disabled for the finals, ill be really diappointed.

Really?...because nobody in the top 250 leaderboards has it turned on and not one of my friends has it on either. Not sure where you are getting your information on that from, but it's not true.

Also, for me, the point in doing these "till you pull your hair out" is that it is good practice.

ASM slows the car down, if you mean AS (Active Steering) then it's already banned.

The final round the last two years has had serperate lists for each region, so I'm sure North America will have its own again this year. I still don't get why they don't do that for all the rounds, though.

Edit: I forgot; one more thing I'll try to do is sort out who in the final round top 28 for U.S.A. and top 4 for Canada that is ineligible. I can't guarantee 100% accuracy that I'll get all the names, but I'll certainly try to figure who's who and make it proper. Also, if someone could throw a list of the past competitors my way it would be much appreciated.

I know, I'm just curious because I received my SCCA and NASA licenses about a year and half ago (which are American so it probably doesn't count) despite only having my G1 at the time..

Obvious ones off the top of my head are @Doodle (age) and @martin20az (2013).

I've already started doing this so I could add it to the OP but just haven't got around to finishing it yet but by all means, go ahead and do that too. I'm getting ready to leave this Academy thing anyways because I clearly don't belong here among all of you elite drivers. I'm gone.

Here.

Apart from Armen, that should be accurate.

Lol doug, what the problem? Didn't want them telling everyone your real psn id when you make it to Silverstone?

Maybe you're right. "Don't Give A F About Anyone" probably won't look great when they talk about it on TV lol.
