Well people. As part of my job in cars magazines I just HAVE to bragg a bit. I've already seen the '15 Mustang. Of course, I can't tell you anything past that the renders showed so far are very accurate.
I assume Car & Driver's rendering is probably the closest.

Mmhh post them? I don't know which ones are whom's

Haha, dude, the director of the magazine told me something like this: "if you show these to anyone or loose the damn pics or something, I dont have to just fire you, I have to, like, kill you".

So, no

Guess we just have to be patient then... I mean, it's just one more week :D

Yeah, as they'll be published once the car has been unveiled to the public. I'll post them over here once I can.

I wish they'd develop another compact yet high displacement V8. Ever since the modulars rolled around they got huge. The coyotes dropped a bit but they still are big.

Maybe remake the 289? Or they could go
Car to be revealed December 5th at 12:01 am, and revealed in person on Good Morning America between 7-9 AM.

On GMA...make it stop please, first we the Z28 released on the gosh awful Kelly Ripa show and now this. Can't we find some other forum that is more respectable and not some quick sound bite?

No. They'll show it there so that Mom and Dad will see it and buy it for their kids when they graduate 5 months later.

The only people that can afford to buy cars are the GMA demographic.

That would be interesting but the 4.6L V8 displaced 281ci so that was close enough. Plus the original 302 was just a stroked 289 engine, which was "revived" in name with the Coyote 5.0.

If anything, something similar to the Cleveland engines would be ideal. Small package, low weight, big power, decenty fuel economy. Kind of like the LS engines (the LS1 was very similar to the 351C anyways). Right now, the Coyote engines are doing great and I don't see them going anywhere any time soon (because less face it, it's a new design that's holding it's own right now and a new engine would be pointless right now). Maybe in a few years. It would be cool to see a new Ford pushrod engine but they are so far advanced with the modular engines that designing a completely new engine would be dumb. It would be interesting to see an old engine turned modern though.

I doubt they will go backwards in engine technology. The coyote is a great engine so far as I could tell while I had mine.
