Everton have just beaten Man City 4-0!! I really haven't made that up!

City were just terrible, memorable day for youngster Tom Davies and new signing Lookman who both got their first goals for the club.

If United beat Liverpool here we will be level on points behind City and two behind Liverpool, Cmon United!!!!

Man United 1-1 Liverpool result, Milner penalty from Pogba's handball and a Zlatan equalizer in the 84th minute, not a good performance from United, decent game overall.

Shame Manchester United couldn't keep the form going and get the 3 points but a point against Liverpool can't ever be considered a bad result. Especially when Liverpool are above us in the table!

Sergio Ramos own goal, that beautiful karma.

Jovetic's goal looks more amazing in the replay because of how far out it was from. Keylor ate it though, off his line, wasn't expecting it.

What the...

It honestly looks like a logo for a mobile app. Bloody graphic designers. :grumpy:

The first thing I saw was like a "7" and a "J".

AC Milan drew Joe Hart and Torino yesterday 2-2, although they were down 2-0 at halftime. They beat Torino last week in the round of 16 for the Italian Cup but couldn't repeat their success in the league match.

Swansea sign Martin Olson from Norwich and Tom Carroll from Spurs for £4.5 million each, good buys 👍

Also this news slipped by yesterday but Louis Van Gaal has now retired from Football.

I'm up for diving bans as long as they're consistent. The problem is you know in practice it won't be. Or it will start strong and then just stop like what happened to the tough stance on tugging in the penalty area. Loads of penalties given for that early on in the season, it seems to be all forgotten about now.

Time to catch up.

John Sheridan has had an interesting year, by the way:

12th January 2016 - John Sheridan takes over as Oldham manager.
12th January 2017 - John Sheridan takes over as Oldham manager.

Before, he had been at Newport for just 3 months. Then he walked out at the end of the season, moved to Notts County, got sacked and now he's back again. For the third time overall as permanent manager, if you're counting.

12th January - Stephen Robinson (Oldham Athletic, sacked) League One
14th January - Philippe Montanier (Nottingham Forest, sacked) Championship
15th January - Craig Hignett (Hartlepool United, sacked) League Two

Sackings: 22
Resignations: 6

Total: 28

So remember when Jose Fonte said he wanted to leave Southampton to join a big club?, well looks like they have agreed a deal for £8 million with....West Ham, who are below them in the table, Okey Dokey then!

Payet says he has tuned down 500k a week offers for China as Marseille prepare a third bid for him.

Seems like Costa will be back for Chelsea this weekend after he trained with the first team this week and he was spotted hugging he fitness coach with whom he had a row with, last weeks shenanigans looks to have been forgotten.

Depay having his Lyon medical today ahead of a £16 million move (rising to £21 million), no hard feelings from me about him leaving, just didn't work out, one of those things, i wish him well.

Payet is a fool, he should be grateful to West Ham, I understand maybe he wants to go back to France, but there's a way to go about getting a transfer without spitting your dummy out.

I hope United put a buy back clause into Depay's agreement. It's not happened for him at United, I don't think his heads been in the right place for some reason. I have a feeling though that in a couple of years he's going to be red hot and wanted all over Europe. He can't stay at United, he's not done enough and he's not in the right place mentally, but should he regain his form and kick on from there at Lyon, I'd like to know we have the option to buy him back.

I was glad to hear of the Buy Back Clause. I'm surprise it's not more of a common practice type thing really.

Saturday
Bournemouth v Watford
Crystal Palace v Everton
Liverpool v Swansea (12.30 BT)
Man City v Tottenham (5.30 BT)
Middlesbrough v West Ham
Stoke v Man United
West Brom v Sunderland

Sunday
Southampton v Leicester (12pm Sky)
Arsenal v Burnley (2.15 Sky)
Chelsea v Hull (4.30 Sky)

Bit of change to the TV schedules with BT getting both games on Saturday and Sky getting three games on Sunday.

Not to mention the massive match at the top of the Championship this evening.

Well apparently Pep thinks he might not be good enough now. Have you ever seen a more petulant start to a managers premier league career?

but should he regain his form and kick on from there at Lyon, I'd like to know we have the option to buy him back.
How is he to going to fit in the team when they already have the likes of Lacazette, Fekir, Cornet, Valbuena and even Ghezzal who all have been excellent this season.
