I only watched this race because it was near the start of the race when I woke up and checked what was on. I didn't bother watching the last two races. Did I miss anything interesting?
I meant the races I didn't watch! It all happened in a space of 5 laps, Nico "passing" Kimi, Dan not letting Max past, Lewis's engine goes.

Still a commendable effort from Nico today. Did a good job coming from last to 3rd.
There are people who will see a conspiracy in everything. And no matter how dumb their "theories" are there will always people agreeing with them.Conspiracy? Really?
So let me get this straight - Mercedes throw away the race win and WCC crown at their second "home" event for the sake of the guy sitting in fifth place by finely-tuning Hamilton's engine to explode?
yea thats pretty crazy, he clearly was choosing his words carefully and he was saying THAT. Maybe he thinks fan pressure will make Mercedes give him concessions if there are any to be given.I didn't get to watch the race, but this quote from Lewis caught my eye.
"I just can't believe that there's eight Mercedes cars and only my engines are the ones that have gone this way," he said. "Something just doesn't feel right.
"It was a brand new engine... it's just odd. There's been like 43 engines for Mercedes and only mine have gone."
Wow Lewis... Pouring fuel on the conspiracy fire because you can't deal with the fact that sometimes life isn't fair.

I hear Tobias Funkë is highly recommended."Do you know a local witch doctor?"
So will Hamilton have to take a grid penalty or has he still got a fresh power unit from Spa?
Wow - If Lewis continues to bad mouth Mercedes I can see him not getting a Christmas Card from Stuttgart
It's not the first time he's done it, either. Remember how he questioned the wisdom of swapping the mechanics about? He knew exactly what would happen - the fans and the media would pick up on it and put pressure on the team, and sure enough, that's exactly what happened. When was the last time a team was forced to publicly defend a decision like that? And now here, the fans and media immediately picked up on Hamilton's comments about always receiving bad luck.Hamilton pretty much flat out said he suspect his own team of conspiring against him.
The question is whether he has enough good ones to see out the season. He took three brand-new engines in Spa with the expectation of seeing out the season, and now he has to do five races with two power units. He still has good ones. They took five engines from their account

That should be enough then, providing his power units don't go the same way as most of his others...The question is whether he has enough good ones to see out the season. And yet, I am watching Toto Wolff defend the team on Sky as we speak. That doesn't mean that teams hold any obligations to interest doubts of internet nobodies.
It's not ideal because he won't necessarily be able to run flat out. Teams run old engines in free practice, so when the first of those three engines was retired, it would become the FP1 and FP2 engine. Hamilton doesn't have that luxury anymore - his two engines need to do five Grands Prix, five qualifying sessions, and fifteen free practice sessions between them. That should be enough then, providing his power units don't go the same way as most of his others...

Australia needs to swap this dull song for Waltzing Matilda
