I like it, more so from the front.
Also, I could see it as a Holden.
 
The one render showing the rear does it make the Avista look fat. But in the flesh, the car is much better looking in proportions.

I don't know why, but from this angle it gives a very Crossfire-y shape.

Much, Much better looking than the Crossfire's behind, though. Make it happen, Buick.
 
Gotta say, that's actually not half bad.

Edit: This bit from the Autoblog article is truth.

There's something about two incredibly functional sliding doors that give people this idea that they've given up, and given in to family life. But if the van you see here had two fixed rear doors, and maybe an extra inch of ride height, it'd be gobbled up like mad as part of the growing crossover craze.

The Buick has so many Opel design cues on it, I wouldn't be surprised to see it trotted out at Geneva as a Monza concept.
