Can someone give Steve an urgent message?

Things are not well in Enschede.

Harry Kane has been given the second Spurs goal that was scored in the 1-2 win at Stoke on Saturday, goals was originally given to Eriksen who took the free kick but Kane claimed he got the final touch on it and the club as the FA to take a look at it.

If that wasn't darling Kane there's no way it was getting changed, he clearly never touched it, another joke decision.

Sky sports got a hard on over that. Yeah amazing goal but wish they would shut up now.

And that's only because of people like you and me... So, it's our fault really.

More to do with Jorge Mendes, who has strong influence at wolves. Also has ties with Nuno Espirito Santo, Jota and Cavaleiro.

Right then here are the games for this weekend PLUS this week as well, there quite a bit happening!

Saturday
Burnley v Leicester
Crystal Palace v Brighton
Huddersfield v Watford
Liverpool v Bournemouth (5.30 BT)
Swansea v Everton
Southampton v Chelsea (12.30 Sky)
Tottenham v Man City (7.45 Sky)

Sunday
Man United v West Brom (4pm Sky)
Newcastle v Arsenal (1.30 Sky)

Monday
West Ham v Stoke (8pm Sky)

Tuesday
Brighton v Tottenham (7.45 Sky)

Wednesday
Bournemouth v Man United (7.45 BT)

Thursday
Burnley v Chelsea (7.45)
Leicester v Southampton (7.45)

Some games spread across the week, its the games in hand that some teams have from their FA Cup runs.

A rare Saturday night game, they will become more frequent from next season.

The title can be won this week, City need to beat Spurs and hope United lose at home to West Brom, it can happen but I don't think it will.

Could you imagine the scenes if this went all the way to the final game of the season and we had another "aguerrooooooooooooo" moment. Hopefully replaced with "raasshhhfffoooorrdddd" but heh :dopey:

How close they were to having it last weekend.

Man City's remaining Home games are against Swansea, Huddersfield and Brighton, they are not losing the lot, it's over, no point even thinking/dreaming of another outcome. :(

Oh god yeah I know that. I couldn't even fathom another outcome, however with odds on Man Utd and Tottenham winning the league at 200 and 450 to 1 respectively I can't say a quid each isn't tempting. :dopey:

Premier League have voted against the Video Assistant Referral system (VAR) next season, likely it would continue to be tested in the cup competitions.

Better off just putting that quid on the national.

This will probably sound so stupid considering all the bad stuff in football (Not mentioning Arab oil money) but horse racing just never sat right with me.

Fair point. Dont really do it myself. Being scouse I only bet on the national.

Right slight confession to make.

I don't actually know if City can win the title this weekend, I know I put in my post earlier but I read that somewhere (cant remember where) and I didn't look elsewhere to backup that claim, also the fact that Sky or the BBC haven't mentioned it in their build up to this weekend games today says to me that they cant win it this weekend, so apologises for that.

I do know however that they only need five points from their remaining six games, and THAT was on Sky Sports News today.

You were right originally. If Man City win and Man Utd lose its 16 points with 15 on offer, so anything else and it's still mathematically open. Spurs have to win to stand any chance.

This was announced earlier.

PFA Player of the year
Kevin De Bruyne
David De Gea
Harry Kane
Mohamed Salah
Leroy Sane
David Silva

Young player of the year
Harry Kane
Ederson
Marcus Rashford
Leroy Sane
Ryan Sessegnon
Raheem Sterling

I think Firmino should be in instead of Silva for the main award and Kane and Ederson shouldn't be up for young player because they are both 24.

Congrats to Fulham's Ryan Sessegnon for being the first non-PL player to be nominated. 👍

Apologies for the double post but here's the full times.

Southampton 2-3 Chelsea
Swansea 1-1 Everton
Huddersfield 1-0 Watford
Crystal Palace 3-2 Brighton
Burnley 2-1 Leicester

Southampton were 2-0 up v Chelsea on 65 mins then Chelsea scored three in eight minutes, Giroud came off the bench to get two.

Palace v Brighton had a scorching start with Palace 2-1 up after 11 minutes.

Burnley a big step closer to European Football next season.

Agreed about nominations. Should be 23 and under. This is generally the rule for under 21 matches. They can play up to the end of under 21 championship.

City got back to winning ways in a 1-3 win over Spurs at Wembley earlier, Man City were really impressive and didn't give Spurs much all match.

So it comes down to United v West Brom now, if United somehow slip up then City are Champions, if they do get their expected win however then City will have to beat Swansea at home next weekend, we cant possibly let City get the trophy because we slipped up to the bottom team, so a nice routine 2-0 win will be good.

Congrats to Wolves who won promotion to the Premier League despite not playing 👍, they are up because Fulham and Brentford finished 1-1.

Well done Liverpool. Glad to see that they didn't have a let down after a huge result mid week in the Champion's League.
