F1 had a more entertaining race in Shanghai thanks to a combo of wet weather and the nature of the circuit. Mercedes fought back from their loss in Australia and won rather comfortably which has left many watering at the mouth with the prospect of a two team race for the title. Hamilton achieved his 3rd grand slam of his career in China which will certainly raise spirits at Mercedes but with Vettel's fighting talk and good overtakes, they aren't in the clear. Now we head to the desert of Bahrain where the temperatures will be much warmer than the previous two races and with a short turnaround time everyone will be working non stop to get the best results. Hopefully the teams further down the grid can provide some good action. Here we go for the Bahrain Grand Prix.

It will be on Univision Deportes HD live at 10:55am ET Sat., DirecTV ch. 464 if you cant wait and speak Spanish or have a mute button if you dont.

Interesting that they show qualifying live yet tape-delay the race itself by 5 hours.

F1, WEC, and the Ardennes cycling classics all in a single weekend?

Please, my body isn't ready for this!

Both networks have the taped race at 4pm and the same problem it seems, too much soccer. The difference is NBC has a extra channel to dump the F1 onto, CNBC.

With Wehrlein back, I'm predicting he'll finish in the points this weekend as a way to "stick it" to his critics.

For our UK friends and those having access to channel 4, don't forget that they show all sessions this week-end live. ;)
Suzie Wolff back on channel 4 in Monaco.

Bottas being just 41 hundredths off of Vettel does not bode well for Ferrari in qualifying tomorrow.

You have to believe that means Hamilton has something left up his sleeve, and then there are the qualifying engine modes of the Mercedes.

Mercedes can't rely on magic oil burning qualifying engine modes all season. The Ferrari is faster in race trim. I would say they should be more worried than Ferrari.

I would just like to see a genuine battle in qualifying at some point.

It's much, much closer. But I would like to see it going one way or ther other across teams, much in the way as it did between Hami and Rosberg before.

Catching a bit of the track cycling world championships on TV before qualifying starts...

Announcers say "here comes Maldonado..."

:scared:

Gonna watch FP3 and then Qualifying live because NBC sucks

Every god damn time I click on Practice 3 from the app and my TV is connected with chromecast, it shows the loading screen then just does't, and the app on my phone goes back to the main menu. This is really pissing me off because I don't think I'll get to see Qualifying live. It works for the Formula 2 Race 1 but not FP3. What the literal you-know-what

Don't delete this because it's a new topic and the last post was over an hour ago.

Q3 done, glad to Alonso into Q2
