Buccaneers at Chiefs TONIGHT!

The Kansas City Chiefs have been tested seven times so far this season, and they passed all seven tests. Will they make it eight when Tampa Bay comes to town? Here is your setup right here:

--- GAME INFORMATION ---
Tampa Bay goes on the road to attempt to give Kansas City their first loss of the season.
  • TB Buccaneers (4-4, 2nd in NFC South) at KC Chiefs (7-0, 1st in AFC West)
  • FAVORED: KC (-9)
  • OVER/UNDER: 45.5 points

You can be certain Kansas City will be wanting to keep their momentum going. The fans will be wild. Maybe some celebrities show up cheering on KC. No matter what, the Kansas City Chiefs hope to continue their dominance. However, if the Chiefs fail tonight, then the 1972 Miami Dolphins can [again] celebrate being the only team to finish a season undefeated.

Whether you are a fan of these teams, have Fantasy Team players, or just want to see some Prime Time football; enjoy tonight's game!

Me, after watching the Lions start 7-1 with a +110 point differential:

The lions are the best team in the NFC and maybe even the entire NFL. I love how physical they are. They are a great throwback team
Imagine losing to this train wreck of a Panthers team. Suck it Saints. lmao

Other than the game against Green Bay last year. This was possibly Bryce Young's best showing yet. Think they have to keep him as the starter. At least for the next few weeks anyway.
Losing to the Panthers caused them to fire their coach. Too bad they are like 500 million dollars over the cap 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 . It was good to Bryce win and have a good game. TBH there's no reason to go back to Dalton as they are not making the playoffs and they build up Young's trade value if that's what they still plan on doing

Dallas QB Dak Prescott will miss several weeks of action thanks to a hamstring injury. Dallas is currently 3-5 on the season, 3rd in the NFC East. Their next game is against the Philadelphia Eagles.

Dennis Allen got canned as coach of the New Orleans Saints. The interim coach will be special teams coordinator Darren Rizzi. From a 2-0 start to the season with dominating wins vs. the Panthers and at the Cowboys, the Saints lost seven straight games to fall to 2-7. New Orleans is tied with the Carolina Panthers for last in the NFC South with a 2-7 record. New Orleans' current seven-game losing streak is as follows: Eagles, at Falcons, at Chiefs, Buccaneers, Broncos, at Chargers, and at Panthers. New Orleans' next game is at home against the Atlanta Falcons this coming Sunday.

[UPDATE] Vs. Falcons, not at Falcons. Changes made.

Regulation solved nothing in Kansas City, MO. In Overtime, the Kansas City Chiefs remain undefeated, winning 30-24 over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

There is a lot to get to as we enter Week 10 of the 2024 NFL season. Before looking at the upcoming games, here is a standings update. How is your favorite team or teams doing? Find them in this Standings Update:

--- CURRENT STANDINGS (as of: November 5, 2024) ---
AFC EAST: Buffalo (7-2), NYJ (3-6), MIA (2-6), NE (2-7)
AFC NORTH: Pittsburgh (6-2), BAL (6-3), CIN (4-5), CLE (2-7)
AFC SOUTH: Houston (6-3), IND (4-5), TEN (2-6), JAX (2-7)
AFC WEST: Kansas City (8-0), LAC (5-3), DEN (5-4), LV (2-7)

NFC EAST: Washington (7-2), PHI (6-2), DAL (3-5), NYG (2-7)
NFC NORTH: Detroit (7-1), MIN (6-2), GB (6-3), CHI (4-4)
NFC SOUTH: Atlanta (6-3), TB (4-5), CAR and NO (2-7 each)
NFC WEST: Arizona (5-4), LAR and SF (4-4 each), SEA (4-5)

Nobody has clinched anything at this point. No playoff berth, no 1st overall Draft pick. Plenty of season left and lots to be determined and settled. Just keep playing hard!

Now your Week 10 preview. Check it...

* Dolph Drago's Cincinnati Bengals will jump into some Prime Time action when they visit the hot Baltimore Ravens on Thursday Night Football.

* For the first time, the NFL will hold a game in Munich, Germany. No- not the old NFL Europe; just an NFL match in Munich. A battle of two 2-7 teams will collide in Munich as Jump Ace's New York Giants will take on the Carolina Panthers.

* The Buffalo Bills will go to Indianapolis to take on the Indianapolis Colts.

* An AFC West tussle will take place in Kansas City, MO as the Chiefs try to stay unbeaten when the Denver Broncos come a-knockin'.

* The NFC East-leading Washington Commanders host the Pittsburgh Steelers of the AFC North.

* The Minnesota Vikings look to keep up their great season whereas the Jacksonville Jaguars will play the role of spoiler.

* The Dallas Cowboys host a familiar foe- the Philadelphia Eagles.

* Blitz24 and kjb's New York Jets head out west to take on the NFC West-leading Arizona Cardinals.

* One team is powerful, the other has struggled, especially lately. Sunday Night Football features a big test for the Houston Texans, when they host the Detroit Lions. The only NFC North team Houston has beaten was Chicago. Can the Texans take down the Lions in Houston?

* Monday Night Football this week takes place in Inglewood, California. Omnis' Miami Dolphins will travel way out to SoCal to take on the Los Angeles Rams.

That's all from me. Enjoy this week's games!

I really hope Sunday night's game is a Super Bowl preview because one of the best matchups would be Lions v. Texans.

You know last year, Joey D, some people wanted a Texans-Packers Super Bowl. That Offensive Line... well, two dynamics for the Houston Texans. CJ Stroud has to be more in control of his offense. That also includes the offensive line giving him as much protection. For CJ Stroud himself, he also has to make some better decisions passing the ball. Detroit will wreck just about anybody; and the Texans know if they want to be a contender, they GOT to beat teams like the Detroit Lions. Two of the Texans' three losses have been to NFC North teams (at MIN was the other NFC North team HOU lost to).

I'm hoping this Sunday Night will be a banger regardless of who wins. Obviously, I want my Texans to win in this inner-forum rivalry. Hopefully 100K times better than Texans at Jets on Halloween.

Of course I would love to see a Big Cat Bowl - Bengals/Lions. The thing is, Cincy had such a rough start, I think they can only afford two more losses the rest of the way or they aren't playing in the postseason. Two high powered offenses duking it out would be exciting.

I know Oakland isn't exactly good, but it was nice to see Burrow chuck 5 TD's, even with Higgins out. 1st win without Higgins present and 1st win at home this season. Now if only the game had been on TV here in Indy. You'd think since the Colts played Sunday night that FOX would show the Bengals game since it's the next closest city. Nope, we were forced to sit through yet another Cowboys game.

Carolina continues to give players away.
They got something for someone finally! Somehow they managed to convince the Cowboys to give them a 4th round pick for WR Jonathan Mingo. While Mingo was a 2nd round draft pick a year ago, he hasn't really shown why he was. Think its a great deal for the Panthers. But admittedly the bar is very low. 😅

Steelers may finally have a desperately needed WR2 in Mike Williams, but the reports from my Jets friends aren’t promising. Hopefully it was just a scheme issue and he fits better with Russell Wilson’s deep/jump ball attack.

His biggest issue is he wasn't friends with Rodgers. He was called out a couple of times for running the wrong route and the ball was intercepted. After looking at those plays it seems like Rodgers under threw both of those balls. I think he is a better fit with the Steelers

Tonight from Baltimore, Maryland; it's the Baltimore Ravens hosting Dolph Drago's Cincinnati Bengals in an AFC North showdown. Enjoy tonight's Thursday Night Football action!

Is it wrong to root for the tie?

EDIT - Oh well, almost. Bengals could've gone for the kick to tie the game but gambled on the win & lost (with some help from the zebras).

An offensive slugfest happened in Baltimore between the Cincinnati Bengals and the Baltimore Ravens. After Cincy scored a late touchdown, they went for two... and failed. Onside kick was recovered by Baltimore, and that was it. 35-34, Ravens.

It was a low scoring affair at halftime. The Bengal defense had been stellar, and they held a touchdown lead at 14-7. Cincy scored an additional touchdown in the 3rd quarter. But that 14 point advantage was eventually wiped away, starting with a fumble by Chase Brown. The defense then proceeded to collapse, much like the last time these two met up a month ago when they blew a 10 point lead twice. Similarly, they held King Henry in check until the 4th quarter when he finally started to break off some big runs.

But questionable play calling (why go deep on 3rd AND 4th down when you only need 4 yards??) along with two missed penalty calls on the 2 point fail led to their downfall. Unless they somehow reel off 6 wins (in their 7 remaining games) the rest of the way, their playoff chances have gone poof. :(

The National Football League wants to treat you to a handful of games today. The NFL wants to treat Munich, Germany to a game this week, as the New York Giants take on the Carolina Panthers. Munich is mostly used to a certain other kind of football. However, I am fairly certain Bayern Munich doesn't play the kind of football set to take place later today (now that it is Sunday for me). Don't forget- plenty of great games in the United States as well! The nightcap will be perhaps the ultimate regular season test for my Houston Texans when the Detroit Lions come to Houston. MoTown at H-Town for Sunday Night Football this week.

Enjoy today's games!

Well it's official the Giants are the worst team in the NFL and they have the inside track to at least the number 2 pick I believe. They are tied with the Titans but I'm not sure who has the weaker strength of schedule. Giants defense was awful they made the Panthers look smart for signing Chuba Hubbard to an extension

Would be funny if the Giants fire their coach after losing to the Panthers. Two coaches in two weeks, maybe? :sly:

Chuba Hubbard is the best RB in all of football.

Probably.

We won't, but I am thinking Joe Schoen should go. Letting Saquon go and giving all that money to DJ were unforgivable mistakes. We are moving up that draft ladder and on the bright side, I don't mind watching the draft for just one hour  "The 'Jo's (Joe Schoen and Daniel Jones) have got to go!"

The Houston Texans' biggest test of the season was on Sunday Night Football hosting the Detroit Lions. The Texans wore their Battle Red uniforms. After the Texans led 23-7, Detroit Lions came roaring back to tie the game at 23-23. Detroit's the best team in the league in the reason, and the Texans fell 26-23 thanks to a heart-breaking, game-winning field goal kick by Detroit. Detroit's win is the first win since 1970 that a team trailing by 15+ points and intercepted 5+ times came back to win. An impressive first half, empty second half, and the Texans have lost. Also, all four AFC South teams lost this week.

UP NEXT: at DAL Cowboys (MONDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL)

I'll be damned (pardon my choice of words). 🤬!!! Anyhow, congratulations to all other winners this week!

The Houston Texans may need to make coaching changes if we lose next week on Monday Night at 3-6 Dallas. The Texans almost played like they scored enough points to win. If Fairbairn didn't shank that late field goal, we would have been up 26-23. Instead, it's the same score... only the winning score for Detroit. I'm between sad and upset after this result. In fact, when I went back to my room as Detroit kicked the game-winning field goal, I threw down my protein drink on my bed and was like, "🤬!!!" Good news is that we're done with NFC North teams unless Houston makes the Super Bowl and plays against an NFC North team. We're 1-3 against the NFC North this season, only win was vs. Chicago. Losses at MIN (badly), at GB (game-winning FG), and vs. DET (game-winning FG).

Detroit is a Super Bowl contender for a reason. The Texans just learned the hard way despite all the hard work they put up. Best wishes to your Lions, Joey D.

I like the trade so far :)

That's what usually happens when free agent receivers the Jets sign get traded away before the end of their 1st season with the team. Last year is Mecole Hardman who ended up catching the game winning TD in the Super Bowl. Contrary to popular belief he is a good wr just not a friend of Aaron Rodgers. I am happy for him!

Ya Detroit didn't win that game, Houston lost it. Houston was the better team and should've blown the Lions out after they turned the ball over 5 times. I haven't seen a team implode like that since the NFC Championship game.

While I agree that Houston gave the game away Detroit was able to take advantage of that. There are quite a few teams that don't capitalize on those opportunities and lose those games. That's the difference between good and great teams. Great teams don't have to play their best to win. Detroit is the best team in the NFL outside of KC. They have the look of a SB winning team. Houston is a very good team but to me they are not on Detroit's level this year. Let me finish this by saying Houston is a good team but Detroit is better. They had a chance to win the game but they didn't put the Lions away when they had the chance and let Detroit come back and win

BIG game upcoming in the AFC North. Lamar Jackson brings his Ravens to take on the Steelers. Surprisingly the good guys are 7-1 in the last 8 games between the teams, though it's all been 1-score games. The Steelers pass defence probably can't cope with Jackson, though we finally have a QB and offence of our own - it's undoubtedly Russell Wilson's team now. He and new OC Arthur Smith have been a revelation.

Likely to be another tight stressful slobberknocker. I'm surprised it's an early window game.

Aaron Rodgers is an ex-NFL player at this point masquerading as a QB. His ego won't let him retire even though he should have hung it up last year. The Jets are at the point where they need a full strip-down of the team. Douglas needs to be fired, Rodgers should leave end of the year, Gardner and Hall should be traded and they should amass as many draft picks as possible. Most importantly? The Johnsons should be told if they want a successful football team, they should not give ANY input on the team other than payment of resources because they know about as much about football as a half-eaten sandwich.

Here is a stat I read on Reddit this morning. The Houston Texans have not scored a touchdown in the 2nd half for the fourth straight game after last night's fail hosting the Detroit Lions. Maybe Houston isn't ready for prime time. At least, for this season. More people want Bobby Slowik (Texans' offensive coordinator) fired more than ever. Well, us Texans had our nightmares. Maybe the losers of tonight's football game may have their own nightmares after tonight. So what will happen when we have...

Dolphins at Rams TONIGHT!

Time for Monday Night Football! Our Omnis will have his Dolphins go from the Atlantic coast to the Pacific Coast, ready to take on the Los Angeles Rams in Inglewood. Here's the setup...

--- GAME INFORMATION ---
AFC East meets NFC West in Inglewood.
  • MIA Dolphins (2-6, 4th in AFC East) at LAR Rams (4-4, 3rd in NFC West)
  • FAVORED: LAR (-2.5)
  • OVER/UNDER: 48.5 points

Head-to-head, this one is not very appealing. You have two teams in the bottom half of their respective divisions, and a combined record of 6-10. You still got to keep going even if your team isn't going to go anywhere this season. Every win generates confidence. So if you love either or both of these teams, have some Fantasy League players to watch for, or any betting interests; surely follow this game and root for your favorites. Anyhow, we'll see who will be the winner once this game concludes (or maybe if a tie happens).

Enjoy tonight's game!
