This track has always had serious consequences due to the high speeds and close proximity of some of the walls. Sometimes you're the bug and sometimes you're the windscreen, that's all there is to it.
As far as I saw, Ryan Wood had the slightest of slip-ups with the car jumping sideways a bit that forced him into Le Broq but it's not like there was anything intentional about it. Just a young bloke going his hardest and making a small error... which he paid for.
