I doubt it. In fact, I think it's a risky strategy because they haven't even double-stinted a set of tyres yet this season. We'll see how the race progresses, but my money is still on the 908s.

RLM are saying Audi are going to quad stint drivers and tyres, could this be Audi's secret weapon?

The commentators on Eurosport mentioned moments before the start that Michelin have stated that the tyres are good to go for quad stints. The only problem in my eyes is all the blowouts that have been happening all morning in the Carrera Cup and Group C races because of gravel.

Just saw the Ford GT, and I can't type my initial thought as it would be against AUP. Hope they can even make it back to the pits.

Wow, so he´s still trying to get back to the pits with that Ford? Long way to run if your car is a real mess.

Very true, but it might be repairable if they are bringing it back, after all there are over 20 hours to repair the car and catch the class again.:) Fingers Crossed.

anyone have a link to a live stream for NA for when speeds coverage stops in another hour?

EDIT: never mind, found a link for speeds online coverage.

Speedtv.com will be broadcasting the race online until 6PM when it will go back to being broadcast on TV. so for once speed has full 24 hour coverage. 👍

For the US guys Speed will for once have a full 24 hour coverage of the event. Sadly it wont all be on TV some of it will be streamed on SpeedTV.com while they do there usual NASCAR stuff.

You're right, they're going to ruin it :grumpy:

This sounds ridiculous. From what the guy was saying, all we'll have next year will be a bunch of Formula Le Mans cars, some old cars with stupid fins on them, and not much else...isn't cost cutting supposed to get MORE cars on the grid, not less?!

(scratches head) Can someone say 'bring back Group C'?

What the hell?! The #3 is pulling out already?! What happened to it?

Can't believe that, didn't look like that much of a problem...?

EDIT: Thanks for the link MiamiPhil! :D

Thanks but my coverage just come back. Thank God!!

And now I see the Peugeot in the pit... Looks like a retirement there.
