Hi, people! I took a few notes to keep pace with this race. I'm sorry for the #3 Peugeot, the Jaguar XKR GT2, and for Nigel Mansell's entry. This is just classic Le Mans- attrition, awesome cars, and hard-fought racing. Maybe the biggest notes I heard during the SPEED broadcast have been about certain visions for the future. I've heard these things:

* production-based engines for GT2 next year or two years from now
* Intercontinental Cup, including Le Mans and select major endurance races (also including Petit Le Mans and Sebring)
* pro and amateur in single-spec GT class?

Still a long way to go. Fight the urge to sleep! :D

Oh god, now you mention it.:scared:

*Fires up photoshop to make a Peugeot Avatar*

Hmmm...am I inadvertandly jinxing the Fords in this race with my avatar? Let's see...(heads to photoshop to make a combined Ferrari/Audi avatar)...let's see if this works...

EDIT: It's working already!!

Oh god, not again. The Art Car has a pucture and the wheel's moving around a bit, hopefully not severe damage.

Edit: Andy Prilaux spins while overtaking and almost takes out art car!

Poor Art Car.. they were running awesome earlier. But they made it out on track again makes me happy. GO BMW!

#7 Audi in pit now. Not a good move there by Andy.

One of the flying lizards has a puncture with new tyres, I feel sorry for Bram.👎

I see Charlie Lamm and someone from Audi.. Can somone explain what happened there? I missed it as I'm watching F1 now.

The BMW Art car (which had a puncture) came right across the track at the start of the Porsche curves and forced the #7 Audi to take evasive action off the road into the gravel.👎

That's what happens when you watch rubbish instead.;)

Not sure I'm seeing it like other guys on here.

I see the BMW moving over to out of the racing line, and I see Kristensen come flying into the corner, and instead of trying braking, he tries a move round the outside, but doesnt realise quick enough that there isn't room out there. I don't see it as Priaulx's fault exlusively - am I right in saying it's up to the faster cars to get round the slower ones? That's just how I'm seeing it.

Oowh.. Felt sorry to the BMW Team. This has been wrong since early.

Was weird, saw Dr. Ulrich something went bursting into the BMW garage and sounding something to Charlie. Charlie face was like :(

Thats how I saw it too 👍

But if he'd stayed on line, (flat tyre or not) then the accident wouldn't have happend, Tom was already commited to driving around the outside when Andy moved across and left the Audi nowhere to go.

Come on.. Accidents happen. But that doesn't mean to take Dr. Ulrich to come to BMW and sounding like that to Charlie. Dissapointed with that move honestly. I think it's better for the Audi to stay on the racing line and let the BMW go off line.

I only saw it on the replay but it looked as though the BMW stayed to the outside of the corner and the Audi was already in the gravel before it was even close to being alongside the BMW, Like I said, I only saw the replay which didn't show Priaulx moving across the track so I don't know.

Did something happen to the JLOC? According to the live timing, it's last lap was almost 2 hours.

Edit: One of the Matech GT1's are going into the garage, and has gone back out.

Yes it made the mistake of thinking it was a race car

RLM's haven't talked about it so I don't know sorry

Edit sounds like they have problems at the rear

I see that, but I always saw that the BMW was already on the outside of the corner by the time Kristensen hit the corner and saw him. That's my view, anyway.

i certainly don't agree with Ulrich ranting at the BMW team - I've always been of the understanding that it is, at the end of the day, up to the faster cars to get round the slower cars, and it's not as if the BMW delibratly cut the Audi's nose off. He was limping, had problems, trying to avoid fast cars flying at him. Did anybody see moments earlier when the slow Vantage passed the slow BMW? Two prototypes came flying through and nearly wrecked.

Nope, it's still running:), I think the timing system is messed up, last time I checked it said the Marc VDS GT was still racing.

Haven't heard or seen much of JLOC though.
