You think the Wii has the capabilities in it's hardware to compete with the PS3?
Next generation console isn't defined by the PS3. Like I said, different capabilities for a different audience and different demands.
Its still a next gen console, it just doesn't have the same target audience.
It seem that Ferrari admits to breaking the rules (paragraph 57) in the past and the FIA agrees that they knew (paragraph 58)
The point with that is, the FIA are saying it was always legal, if someone had appealed back then they would have said the same, so the point is that Ferrari are trying to argue something that is legal is now illegal just because they don't use it.
Not that they liked Ferrari cheating - they just never were cheating in the eyes of the FIA and Ferrari are trying to appear to "come clean" in order to make it seem illegal.
So its rather funny actually.
Ferrari: "We used these diffusers back then and they were illegal, so they are still now!"
FIA: "Erm, but they were always legal."
