I haven't been doing much tuning up of cars as I have gone through A-Spec. I have been trying to complete most of the races with untuned or only slightly tuned cars. So, I don't even have any idea of what a good car would be in this category. I don't feel like I have the time right now to tune up several options and see which one I like.

I am a Honda guy and would like to stick with a Honda product and prefer a class 2 car. Anyone have in recommendations for car to use? Maybe your second choice that you won't be able to run.

If you want a premium car from the new dealer, you can pick anything to the left of the S2000 for Class 2, the S2000 is a class 3 car. No other new Hondas are eligible. You could also use the '91 Acura NSX for class 3.

I have Civic Type R 97 and the Civic SiR 92, but I haven't tuned either of these yet. Any ideas whether or not these will be able to be tuned enough to compete?

I am worried about a time overlap issue with the Super GT series I am in.....Please leave me tentative....if the race is over early enough, I am in.

With all of the parts equiped the Type R puts out 389 HP and weighs 888 kg which is a .44 ratio. You just need a good suspension setup so the car doesn't push too much. I'll put you down for a Type R, just let me know if you change your mind

Sounds good.

The mines gtr i'm using is standard from the UCD. And the 270r is still the SR20DET which is 2.0Liters. The "270" is the hp rating which was about 60hp more than the silvia.

I've spent a lot of time finding cars for this "without" adjustable front downforce, as i'm sure many others have. It would all be for nothing if you change it now. Also it would limit the field to a few choices or be spanked.

Everyone make sure to add me on PSN if you haven't already, also I will soon be posting a poll in regards to whether to run 1 race with both classes on track at once, or having 1 race for each class with everyone having an entry for each class.

The exhibition race at the Top Gear Test Track will be 40 laps with heavy damage. The winner (last car running?) will recieve their choice of Peugeot 908 HDI FAP's or Audi R10.

Do I have to be online to run at the Top Gear Test Track? I didn't see it when I was in practice off line.
