They tend to gain about 10 HP after break in, so as long as the figures posted aren't close enough to go over the limit there should be no problems. As far as tonight it's just an exhibition to get used to racing everybody, and challenge how long you can make your tires last and not damage your car.

It started at 389 after oil change and all mods. So, it should top out at around 399-400, which would be 0.45.

I have two 22b's ;) while those should be given special consideration....factory wide body IMO is basically a RM.

With current power you would have to gain 50ish hp to come close to the .5 limit.......dont think she will pick up much over 410 with 175 miles on it..which I found to be fully broke in on all my cars. Nothing get more power after that miles.

Most concepts now are merely previews of production cars, so I've allowed the BMW, and if anyone wants to run the non sports FT-86, it will also be allowed, but in class 3 since it does not give an exact displacement. A 2049 cc engine would still be classified as a 2.0, but is over the 2000 cc limit for class 2.

I think there should be a black and white rule about it with no gray area... because the Furai is technically a concept and who's to say if it will ever become a production car? (I'm only using the Furai as an example here, I don't even know if it would fit the specs or not.) I'm trying to clear this up because I have a concept car that I'd love to use, but I'm sure everyone would be bitter as it is pretty fierce. And also, you mentioned that if it comes with adjustable downforce it is not allowed, but is anyone allowed to add a wing?

The rule was for front downforce, since for whatever reason PD doesn't do that even if you buy front aero, but it was found not to be a competitive advantage. About the concept you had in mind, is it the GSX-R/4? How about this for a rule regarding concepts, if it is now, has been or there are plans to bring it to market as a street car, or is based on a car already in production with the possibility of being produced for street use, then it will be considered legal. If the car goes by a different name on the market than in concept form, it is still ok.

The GSX-R/4 is, in fact, the car I had in mind. I can just about keep up with JGTC cars around the Ring using it. And I think...

is too vague, and that's what I was talking about. Who's to say that Suzuki doesn't have plans to put it in production in the future? Nobody knows, maybe they plan on making that a real car in the year 2020. Where do you draw the line?

The point I'm trying to make is; I'd like to keep things fair (and the Suzuki is NOT), but my argument is that you can't discriminate against one concept and allow another (because that's not fair either).

I will make a list of allowed concepts based on the structure of the series, the tii in the game is a 135i that has had a little bit of weight shaven, a little power added, a nice paint job and wheels. Based on that it will be competitive with the other cars. The FT-86 is towards the end of the development process, and nearing production I'm guessing within 2 years. I feel that the car PD has put in the game is very close to what the public will have the opportunity to buy, and if anything is restricted in the tuning departament in the game. The whole premise of this series is to have great racing with a wide variety of cars while showing not only "driving" ability but also tuning ability. I hate to limit variety but will not sacrifice great racing for it. That said look for said list in the next couple of days, and only the concepts found in the new dealership to insure testability of possible entrants.

No problems man, just trying to help clarify things. I thought everyone needed a car chosen by tonight?

That being said, I think I'm going with either the 22B or the Seven Fireblade.

The deadline is 15 minutes before the race (4 hours 20 minutes from time of this post) for the exhibition, you can change your car for the season, but once you have ran a points race with a car, that is your car for the season unless you wish to forefit your accumulated points.

seeing how everyone in an sti or evo is running over 500hp i changed my stats
sti

1152 kg=.456

see u tonite
