one school of thought on seting up awd cars to step out at the rear is set up a car in a controlable but unballanced way, ie low front higher rear high spring rate front average spring rate rear ect
another way is to remember to set the car up well then apply the TWO WORDS OF THE DAYYyyyyyyy!
which are toe and camber lots of camber no seriously, LOTSSS of camber, nah realy say have toe at -1.0/-1.0to-2.0 and camber at say 3to 4 at front and 4to 8 at rear depending on taste and if any 1 likes the evo's i have used AYC@ a setting of 100

alot of this is theory of course based on drifting requires you to power step out the rear and awd inherently tend to understeer under heavy throttle so you need to set rear for less grip, and use sims all rond,no cheating with mixed tyres

p.p.s R34 and EvoVII are my 4wd's of choice.

i have a skyline r34 vspec 2 and a nismo GT-R R-tune and they are set up just about the same but the vspec drifts better why? the suspension is the same the weight the hp on the nismo is 10-15 higher and all the rest is the same
