This one's going to be fun! The Elise 111R '04 is one of my favorite cars in the game.

Pulled out an old Praiano tune from the Nordschleife Shootout that works pretty well on CS tires, set it to 470pp to give it a go, and it was a close race on Grand Valley. Pulled into the lead on the last corner.

Now off to see how the other tracks fare... not sure I've ever driven Trial Mountain in Reverse mode...

Made a video, hopefully can help anyone who is having trouble with this.

This worked perfectly. Just romped the 5 races in no time. Was 1st in each race by lap 3

Hey guys this will be my first post, i tried this with a Esprit Sport 350 '00, but couldnt even win the Toscana, the car is impossible to stear even trought i made it to 500 pp straight, and used a tuning guide for the car. Any better choices for me to win this? - I've bought the game three weeks ago, so im not skilled at all yet, just casual.

I used a detuned evora 09 and won them all. I adjusted the transmission top speed to match the course. I had every possible upgrade on the car before i removed parts and adjusted the engine power limiter to aroun 83%. I will say the car was fun to drive

For some reason I thought the 1998 mini cooper might be a shock winner here but sadly it's not to be for at least two reasons...
1. I don't think it can be tweeked to make it competitive.
2. For some reason it is classed as German... call me old fashioned but I thought it was only the 'new' minis from 2001 onwards that are German. Poor old British Motor Corporation, British Leyland and the Rover Group.
Oh well back to the Lotus and TVR.
This is one thing which *really* boils my urine! Yes, the Mini is British and so is the new MINI! So what if the parent company of the new Mini is German?
Do the makes of the game need reminding of Nissan?
Pathetic!

Had a dash in my old faithful (Bone stock no tunes no driver aids. ) Griffith - got 3rd (So no Gold trophey either then) at Grand Valley East and Niatnuom Liart. The winner was an Elise 190, that just kept on chugging.

Actually my grids seem to be a Hethel works parade.
Nice fun though, Saw quite a few AI cars have some lurid slides and offs at GVE. Comfort tyres, just the show.

But a British Event should have Cats and Dogs falling from the sky... how can you have five races with no rain!?!

Really enjoyed this seasonal. Cruised through most of it in an Elise 111R and I did Fuji in an Esprit just for the hell of it. 👍

And for once the prize car was something I didn't have before, the Bentley Speed 8. :D

Only had time for three races but two wins, Fuji by 70 thou and Toscana easily with a tuned TVR T350C, Fuji was a fun rabbit hunt, pipping at the finish, thanks to a long straight. Lotus was only good for 4 at Trial Mtn. So the T350C should be the one,

Theres a bad glare at Toscana again:irked:
Only seems to happen in these seasonal races here.
Nothing works to fix it either.

Anyone else have this problem?

Mine was fine, no glare like that and a fun track, swooping and banked curves mostly flat out.

Thanks for the tune. I did, however, find it rather squirrelly.
What worked great for me was to do all of the upgrades here but use Praiano's settings for it. Made it a bit more manageable.

Thanks mate for the great video 👍. It was very helpful since you can see the speeds at which you were running. I initailly tried the Lotus Elan but it was too light. If you barely touch one of the AI it really kills you.

I am goin to give it a go in your Elise and see how it works out.

Where you using a wheel or a DS3? I use the DS3 since the wheels are out of my grasp.

Just tried this tune, although couldn't get the gears the same, however won Grand Valley at last, and by a couple of secs, most laps low 13's. So thanks for that.
I did note though that your tune is practically identical to one I have written down by 'Team Lotus'. Only difference is the camber and some other minor changes to suspension. Anyway, worked for me, and I did it again just to be sure it wasn't a fluke.

Trial Mountain might be the race to win with a lower PP, cut a few corners and won by 15 secs. Clearly the PP can be lowered a fair bit here.
But that's later, after all have been won.

Meant to ask about that, the starting line up. Yesterday when I couldn't win at the Valley I tried starting over and over to see if there was a different line up and it never changed for me in over 1/2 dozen stop and starts. The Elise Sport 190 98 always started first and even today it either won, or when I did, it came in second.
Interested to hear if anyone had a different starting line up.

An alternate startup is with an Elan in front followed by a Elise '96. I found the Elise 96 is more of a rabbit than the Elise Sport 190.

Easily won Toscana, on the second try (as I had forgotten the track, in reverse yet) by 9.8sec's. Same starting line up. Now for the hated (my hate) Cote.

Ha ha, easily won Cote, by 26.532 secs. I admit I used skid recovery as I thought I would need a bit of help, and just wanted to get it out of the way so as I could go back to Trial Mountain with lower PP, but don't think I needed it after all.

Dropped power to 450PP, 66.2%, 201hp @ 959kg and won by 7.7 secs. $1,030,500 ..Exp113,850.

Will try 417PP, 50% retaining all extra power sources, turbo etc.

I found if the back end is too out of control I just drop the LSD down a few notches, just keeps the back end following the front & not visa versa lol

Glad it helped Dalone, I had the tune on the car already from a previous sessional ( I'm sure I used it on snow, but when I looked, the snow tyres had not been purchased...odd ) anyway, just happy it worked, that's the main thing.
