no SRF this time around, sounds good!

SuperGT at Fuji in the morning, DTM season opener at Hockenheim at noon, and a no tuning Race in the evening, sounds like it will be a Motorsporty Sunday!

Ready Or Not Racing Wins

Apologies for my abrupt exit from the race Gary, Internet connection issues plauge me once again. Hopefully I'm gonna make some headway on it this week. But Congratulations to everyone who did finish the race, it seemed to be very close and fast racing from the brief time I was there. Thanks for having me Gary and ReadyOrNot_2, hopefully I can take -part in another race with you guys once I can stay connected for more than 5 minutes  👍

How can I get in on this!!! Sounds fun!!! I read the description but have a few questions if its cool.
Fire away with your questions and I will do my best to provide you with the answers
Awesome. Ok 1) Why not have the slipstream strength set to real? 2) Is the race restricted only to the NA2-R or can the NA1-R be used? 3) Though I am part of a racing team can I still participate? 4) Are there any regular days to just meet up with you or any of the drivers in the lobby (I work nights so I don't really get on at certain times or days)

1, Slipstream is set to weak half out of habit and tradition from GT5 where real wasn't an option and half to give those slower drivers in a group a bit more of a fighting chance of keeping up. I've seen no reason to change so far but am beginning to look at this setting and perhaps adjusting it at a later date.

2, This race is restricted to the NA2-R, everyone is then in the same car and everything achieved is down to driver skill alone. Hence also the tuning being prohibited.

3, Racing team driver or casual gamer. Real life professional driver or Someone who's never driven a real car in their life. It doesn't really matter here. As long as you try to keep your racing clean.
If you like the sound of an event, say you would like in and if there's space I'll do my best to accommodate. Equally, if your plans change just let me know.
I try to keep it as casual as I can without it being a "track day".

4, No, there aren't any regular days. The dates in the calendar graphics are the only ones I stick to. Anything else is done as and when. Sometimes if there is enough call I might hold a practice session but anyone can post here and tout for company if they wanted.
On a personal note,
The reason for the slightly odd spacing of events is because I work shifts also and to keep the race days the same it plans out like it has.
I hope that answers everything.

This does answer everything actually and I would like to try it out as well ^_^ Cheers.

Tonights stock NSX Type R'02 at suzuka lobby is open. We will wait another 15 minutes for any more entries before starting qualifying.

How did it go?
Well. I had a false start and as a result goodwolf ran into the back of me, causing major damage to both rear wheels and engine. Cue a first lap crawling round to get to the pits. I spend the next 12-15 laps playing leap frog/chasing down Tehlotus Alex and Ade.
Theewar, capt.d and goodwolf were on fire and Ade put in a good qualifying lap. It's a shame he had to retire. I would have quite enjoyed going toe to toe with him.

Didn't get to run with you guys the other day, had couple of errands to take care of. Is there a recap video or statistics log I can check out?

If I get chance I will do some race photos. The calendar graphic will be adjusted to show the event, winner and fastest lap. Beyond that no. I could drop box you the replay if it will allow me to export it.
