Hello my 500pp Club friends. Gary, did you create a Community Club yet? If so I would like to join your club as well so let me know what the club number is. Our's is 1001937. We will have to revisit the next Club vs Club match soon. Been very busy over here with our events and personal things getting in the way of racing but have not forgot about it. I hope everyone here is doing well.

Take Care

I've had a look at the new features, but that's as far as I've got. I haven't had time to sit down and absorb what is available and put it into action. I'll certainly sign up to R.O.N.R's club when I sign in next.
It's just a shame we are limited to just one club each. Particularly so for people like me who have irons in more than one fire.

Apologies for this being quite late in the run up to our next race.
I recall from our outing on February 15th that damage was switched to light and the qualifying session was extended.

This time out, I'd like to keep the heavy damage aspect on. And try to run a P,Q,R format, where everyone qualifies alone. Set to 20 minutes once again to allow at least two laps qualifying and fastest first to help avoid race start carnage.

I'd value any advice or input from those attending.

Call it the 500pp Club & Type R Cup. You can run both out of the same club. The problem I am having is, to make it easy for my guys to sign up before I sent them invites I made it a public club, which is good for recruiting, but some people have joined that are not on my friends list. I can not find a way to see a list of members. You can switch it back and forth from private to public but it would be nice to see who has joined so far. If you figure it out let me know.

Not being able to see the members?!? That strikes me as an integral part of being a club manager. It's early days, I'm sure tweaks will be made as time goes on.

11 hours (10 hours 45 minutes if you want to be specific) until our last race this year.

I'm gonna try to make it tonight if there's still space. Lets hope I last more than 4 minutes without the game freezing on me this time....

Same problem here. I have new members that have joined that are not on my friends list. Wonder who they are. Thinking of running practice sessions and other non league races in Club Members Only rooms and league races in Friends Only rooms. With 100 able to be on friends list that should be plenty for a more tightly regulated event. At least you will know who will be able to attend.

Thank you all for attending tonight's race.

My apologies to all that the room was set to public. This error coupled with some less than sporting individuals cost some drivers their race. I should have used the kick button sooner. And for that too I am sorry. The warning signs were there.

I'll wrap up the graphics over the next few weeks and put together a calendar for 2015.
See you on track next year.

Thank you Gary for organizing this! Driving the Ring in my Camaro was a blast. Congrats to Spy, Will and Third for the well deserved podium. Also to all who finished the race.

Special mention to @Nicktune , who was flying, but unfortunately taken out by the before mentioned 'idiots'.

Results/Calendar graphics are complete. Here is the final update from me this year.

I hope to get some pictures done soon of both Monza and The Ring. I was so looking forward to actually taking part in the final race, given that I was unable to attend February's. I had to forfeit my race so that you could all continue to enjoy yours. I should have done it sooner, is my only regret.

The most mentioned drivers over this year are theewar and GTP_Cpt_D with 6 mentions a piece, by way of fastest laps and wins. With the new drivers joining the ranks their job might get tougher next year. @spyrrari and @Nicktune you would both be welcome back. If you'd be willing to give us another chance. I'll do my utmost to keep the idiots out.

I finally managed to get some Monza pictures taken.

If only the RGT were premium...it would look so much better in pictures. My plan for the next event is to get an '86 RUF BTR manageable enough to be raced at 500PP.

As I understand, that's quite the undertaking. I look forward to seeing the fruits of your labour. The RGT still looks fairly respectable for a standard. Some look like they've been ported straight from the PS1.

I'll be back!

I wasn't in the mood to play in a public room with the chat box always open.... so I left early.

Don't worry, I know that this particular race (nurb) wasn't representative of the quality of the league (room was set to public by error).

I figured out you can but only from the gran-turismo.com website. You can sign into the community section there and see your members. You can invite, delete, and block members from there.

Comfort Soft Tyres will be nice on the S2000 :) so not sports hard?
Not on this occasion. Last year's opener was the Civic Type R '04 at Apricot Hill. That was on Comfort Soft too. With stock build and settings it doesn't need the tyre upgrade. I'd be inclined to reduce it one level, but that won't suit everyone.
