600PP GT500 Super Lap: Fuji Speedway F

Two fun days with my old trusty Raybrig NSX '00 running a base racing tune from @GhostRider65, controller with buttons and AT.
Managed a lap of 1:32.865, currently 2nd of all the Raybrig NSX's.
Maybe I could improve with a dedicated Fuji tune for that car. Anybody got something like this?

I really like this car, it's a pleasure to take it for a serious spin on a TT dedicated to those japanese racing beauties.

I'll get to the HSV later on.

Yes I too have a PS4 just sitting, waiting, and I got a gift of a pre order for the game, and I deliberately got a wheel that's ps3 and ps4 compatible...just wish it would hurry up, my level of anticipation is like a small child lol

I'll play. I can get a few laps in tonight and some tomorrow. I enjoy Fuji.
 
Well I managed gold after a few feeler laps. Nowhere near your time, but set a 1:36:758, which I'm happy with for now. I'll have to head back and try some more times, as I'm not incredibly efficient on this track, especially in the twisty stuff towards the end of the lap.

Anyone have any hints/tips for an efficient line through the twisty section towards the end? I can't seem to get a good rhythm through there?


My sister lives in Melbourne too but she has no interest in F1. I keep suggesting we trade places, but she won't have a bar of it.

Stick at it and the times will come down :D

@Retiree mentioned some great advice for getting through the last section. I'm not the best through there either and lack consistency in hitting the targets on a regular basis. So it takes a while to put down a half decent lap :dunce:

Ok, so @DeltaJuliet and interested. I'm in the game, I found and liked the IOF-Racing (excellent time and ty for the tune shares) (YouTube) tune and it's solid. I must do more laps. It's so difficult for me, basically I am only good for a few hot laps per session. Then I'm spent.

Ok you guys are monsters. I've only managed to get gold, but probably because I've used the Hiroto GTR (because gt2 memories **** yeah), stock and with stage 2 turbo.
... So I've tried the impul gtr gift car, definitely more stable and at least 3 seconds faster, but where are the feelings? :(:D

Anyway i love this track, the purpose of the game is to have fun, and i will try one of those Hondas that you young people like so much..

Im at 1.4 sec of Immortal, too far for sharing my setup but i know Im on the good way.
Tried IOF and other setup from guys in TOP 5, I believe i can make something better, because Im Tune Junkie.

In my hands I consider the TRL_ANDROMEDA tune, shared in the older version of the GT500 Fuji TT, the faster one.
Real rocket on the long straight but quite tricky to be driven by PAD due to so low rear downforce...

You know you can EDIT your posts and avoid double posts and spamming the thread....

Anyways, to give my post a sense: I got the most power out of my HSV by using no turbo and EDIT:no engine tuning. And also reduces the amount of torque (which I, personally, like because of more stability on the exit).

First 400km at Fuji with HSV / PAD / AT / ABS = 1 only.

1:31.478 - 92th ATM....

We are pretty close hahaha. Man i struggle my ass off with this tt. I'm sure i can make a 1:30. But its hard. Good time anyway! 👍👍👍

I think no body rig is faster especially given the last sector. I kind of went for a hybrid of the different alien tunes out there and found some good lap times straight away.

I'm totally patient, so hurry up. (LOL) I'm down to a 1:36.6xx, and yet still slower then that mix master DJMike. I also need to try Jeje's setup. So, 2 more setups to try, and F1 opener to watch.

I wanna make a video like last seasonnal event, and i wanna make sure the setup was on the edge.

This is why i didnt shared yet.

Today was Gt Fusion + Gt500 1hrs race, I dont really work on the HSV.
I'll share it tomorrow.

This looking good Saucer, have you tried to remove a little bit of front DF?
