Update:
2:16.497 - Subaru Impreza WRX STi '07 - Synwraith
Ok NOW I understand where these times are coming from. I jumped from the '05 WRX to the '07 WRX and practically a second fell off my time immediately! It does have a little understeer in some corners but it's just visibly faster than the '05, and I actually really enjoy driving it. I think the hairpin is its worst corner with my current (uneducated) setup.
I can easily see this thing doing 2:15s and with a perfect setup 2:14s.
Back to the grind...all the best

I saw that time Sinsemila, you are a total gun, mate. 7'00 flat for the Corvette around Suzuka! Stunning stuff, I am still reeling! I only hoped that I was more competition against you, but you are matchless mate - the fastest guy I've ever seen! And as for the RX-7, I was blown away. Sheer perfection!

When you have the ultimate lap, you could always put it as an attatchment...

Do you mean the R8... you're already WAYYYY too fast in the NSX!
Pretty sure I can hit a 2'14 with the STi... I've been 0.3 faster through T1, and I only hit 115mph on the apex of 130R vs more typical 120mph (I was protecting a fast lap).

2'20.059 update for my Corvette, almost 19s!
Edit: Huzzah, this new time will take me off of last place on the RWD ladder.
I also noticed you haven't put in Sinsemila's new times yet. You better do it before you forget, on the RWD ladder this is, I fogot to check the full ladder, maybe you only updated the full one?
EDIT: WOOOOHHH HOOOOOOO!
I finally broke the 2'20 barier in my Corvette with a 2'19.824, and I think I can go faster still! If I had a wheel to drive a manual and leave it in 2nd at the hairpin and final esses, and shift up a little earlier to save the power band, I can see where Sinsemila goes so fast. (Driving a manual is nigh in impossible with my controller setup). But for now, I think I coud make up 0.2-0.4sec in the first sector still, and maybe another 0.3-0.3sec in the 2nd sector, and quite possibly another 0.1sec in the 3rd sector. But that would be perfection.
PS- Sorry about not going to the xx:15 race, I was doing this lap! Then I started the next lap, and was 0.2sec ahead, before messing it up.
So that's why I missed it.

hey guys,
to clear all the fuzz about my super amazing 2.13.*** Lap time, did it with the '07 Subaru in online mode!
I got knocked off in the first turn of PP600 Susuka and rejoined the raced 6/7 so the online boost "boosted" me to get a 2.13.***
sorry i forgot to mention that!
My normal times are 2.16.***
I'll get a proper pic like on the previous page of my not boosted times

Yeah, the boost can actually be quite mad, in the same race I was last by a very very long way and the boost pushed me to a 2:10 in the same car, the '07 Impreza (which Clarkson just spent 10 minutes slagging off in Top Gear!)
