1'16.272 -- Audi R8 -- GTP_Beerz

Tomorrow I'll try to get in the 15's, been tweaking with the setup and getting good results so far.

I forgot my partials (though I have the replay saved), but they were:
T1 - 1'00.3xx
T2 - 1'49.8xx

I knew I could do a low 2'20 :dopey: But I'm not done yet, I'm going for a 2'19 now. In this lap I slightly fudged Turn 2, the last turn before the end of Sector 1, and had a slight power slide on to the main straight. And of course I'm sure there's ways of going faster in the other corners too.:D Just those spots I mentioned that I had really noticeable screw ups.
 
You got any proof of that one? Not that I'm accusing you of being a liar, but when a time like that comes along, I think everyone should agree that proof might be a good thing.

Just thought I'd have a crack with this seeing how quick others were lapping in it... what a pos! Fast, but possibly one of the worst hadling cars in the game... driving it quickly is just a matter of containing the horrendous understeer.

Pretty sure I could knock c. 0.5 off that time as 1st sector was a 1'00.685, but rubbish exit on soon and poor 130r killed a really quick time... but I have no motvation to drive the scooby.

Even a time remotely close to that would prove to me at least that you have what it takes for the faster time. Don't worry about your English, we won't criticise anyone here for learning a language, besides it's quite OK.👍

Ok, I tried hotlapping the Clio, this is what I've got so far:

2'17.762 -- Clio Tuned -- GTP_Beerz

Low 17's are perfectly possible, as I could tell by my best sectors combined. Maybe even 16.xxx, with a bit more experience.
 
Beerz i think it's about time you put a time up :), i'd be surprised if a man of you calibur can't get a low 16 maybe even a 15.

A 2'14.8 in the Suby is definitely doable .. I was reckoning 2'14.9 would be the ideal time for me if I could hit all the turns with good speed!
But! .. I don't think I could get one though and would be very happy with a 2'15.2 which seems a lot more probable due to some tentative turns and getting lucky and putting them all together in one lap .. gonna try a few more in free run tonight and see how I fair :) Well done on a great laptime Keko .. make sure to save such fast laps in future as a top time will almost certainly be under scrutiny when the driver is fairly unknown ... and that would happen at any OLR forum across the net 👍

I say just run again and settle for a 2'15.1 or so and share your replay or a screen capture :cheers:
 
that's a crazy time MR.P, i'm faster in the 07 STI but not by much, but i hate the way it changes gears, the 05 is much more fun to drive in my opinion with regards to AWD cars.

That was just a guesstimate of what I think I could maybe run with luck .. I haven't updated anything in that last post incase it looks like I did! just working out my ideal lap is all :)

I've yet to try the '05 as I am having good fun using the '07 and thought why fix it if it aint broke :P

Hope you're talking about the R8, I'd find those times impossible with the Renault. :scared:


And Im miles away from the driving of many members here, I'm still a n00b at this. 👍
 
yeh i was talking about that awd, but i'm sure you could pull some pretty respectable times in the v6. i'm way behind most people on the RWD scene.
