No i'm 29 but have never drive. No need :)

Edit: I make a 7.53 lap with the 2J. There is a 7.30 in it. Make much mistakes... The lap after i was 15 sec before my ghost but i crash.

Time to pick up the 2J?
I'm 18 and I enjoy driving, I feel like i need a car because i can go where whenever i want.
I'm hoping to get in the 7:06s when i finish work :)

I personally look at shaunm80's tunes always as being very powerfull but slippery, I mean they are too tail-happy for my taste and sometimes shaunm80's tunes try to slip over both axles, so I cannot even talk about over- or understeer, in my hands they are just mis-steering. No offence though!
This is why I usually get the best results by combining shaunm80's power settings with Praiano's suspension-settings, the gearbox-settings I do quite often experiment with and sometimes invent my own.
So as with the Toyota TS030 Hybrid there is not much you can do on the power-settings part, I am currently driving the below setup, mantaining a poor 7:38:677 and # 303 word rank:

Thanks for the setup! Will surely try this.

Apart from the 2J & TS030, which other cars are recommended for a fun drive, if not for posting a competitive time?

Find the 2J a bit bouncy - a bit like driving on a trampoline, it's fast though if you can control the bounce! Wouldn't wear the tyres out as it seems to spend more time in the air than on the track.....

The TS030 is much easier to manage, handles as well here as everywhere else. Fast too - even faster once I'd remembered to change the oil, to get nearer the PP limit!!

Yesterday was enough stress on the Nurb but gonna try this tune soon's I settle down and get a chance this morning.
Thanks for sharing.

Improved to a 7:53:746. With this time, I climbed 1000 ranks upto 1407th.

Still was quite cautious racing the car about as a 7+ minute lap if getting in the red zone can easily make one go nuts!

Is this possible to do with Toyota 7 or LM55? Can't find tunes for them for this event :/
Try the Honda Weider HSV-10 11 the one with race colours in stock form no oil no brake adjustment.
You can get gold with this, not the easiest one but fun all the same.

Used my Corvette C5-R (C5) '00 and achieved a time of 8:29:060 after numerous attempts. Ended up having to add some weight (51 kg) to the rear (50%) and get rid of the power limiter I had previously.

Honestly this seasonal is best used with a GT3 car that isn't MR since Polyphony Digital managed to ruin mid-engine cars in this game.

So close to Gold in the GT Academy GTR.. 8.33. Sighting careful lap was a 8:50
That lap unnerved me enough but then got 9 seconds in front of my ghost which was a scary lap and flipped the car for the 3rd time this session. these curbs are my enemy. :banghead:

I used the 2J and put her in cruise control and coasted to an 8:10 under my alias.

Then I used the Furai and its cruise control as well to knock out an easy clean, gold, lap of 8:16....as me. lol

Tadaaaaa!

DONE.

Want to try something different after gold with TS030. So pull out my Gillet Vertigo for a run and it did not disappoint you! Manage to gold with 8:20 . Next car in the garage is Alpine VGT race mode, but power is only 600 pp. This is a real challenge and I am only able to get silver so far. Anyone has any luck with this car?

You can test this Toyota TS030 Hybrid '12 with this setting but remove the power at 100% and change oil.
I don't know if this Toyota is well for this track because I have no Time to test it. Thanks Dalone
Didn't work for me Jeje. Max kph was 290 and even when I lengthened the Final Gear it wasn't anywhere near as fast as my 2J. I noticed you are still using camber which most if not all tuners have discarded as well as having the front height lower than the rear, when in GT6 it is the opposite. Thanks for posting anyway, maybe you can give it a try yourself and see if you can find anything to change. And if you get a chance have a crack at the 2J. Cheers.

Just to let you know: I improved my time by 3,5 seconds still by changing Final Gear to 2,850 and lowering the Back-Wing to 800, this took me from # 434 to # 300 now with a 7:34:809.
And I smoke too (but no grass, too old for starting to smoke **** at age 64 :D ).

Dalone thank you for your reply. I knew a little that my modifications that Toyota was not too suitable for this circuit.
I will work on it to make it better. as I had not tested this circuit anyway I thought it would go. Thanks again Dalone
