And yes its good they punished him!

Awesome race so far and the first time Eurosport broadcasts so late with so many cameras. :D
I hope the Pescarolo 908 #17 will drive on the podium!

Just seen Stuart Halls running in with the LMP2 car, all I can really say is why? There was clearly no need for that, idiot!

Well as earlier mentioned its hard to see what is going on on the sides of the car from the drivers low position, but thats of course no excuse. He made a mistake and got punished, thats all.

EDIT: At least they're annoying and there's far too many of them.

Every ten minutes, really?

if you want broadcasting? then income from commercials is needed.

NOO!!! 008 Aston Martin Verstappen , what did they do? anyone knows?

As mentioned earlier in the thread, with commercials comes money, with money comes 24 hour coverage, it's a double edged sword, you cannot have one without the other.

edit: beaten to it, must type faster ;)

I tell you what, GTPlanet... those Peugeots look like a three-way marriage between a fighter jet, an F1 car, and a proper prototype race car. The in-car views are almost like being in a fighter jet. Just awesome cars. This isn't a car show, so the Peugeot boys have to race to win. They think they have what it takes, so it's interesting to see how these boys will fare.

Maybe it's just me, but I kind of notice some water on the windshield in the onboard view of the Peugeot. The rain may be coming.

[UPDATE] This is interesting... the Speed Channel crew talked about from Duncan Dayton that the turn called "Indianapolis" was actually made out of bricks in the past. You learn something new every day!

Does anyone have a link to the Stuart Hall incident? Missed it on Eurosport and i'd quite like to see what they keep talking about :P

Hi hit another car quite hard and unexpectedly, from the left side, pushing that other car off the track, pushed off car hit wall right next to pit lane entrance part of the track, gone to pit but was destroyed quite well from the wall hit.
It all happened on "shikane"? but it looked like Aston Martin driver did it on propose ...

BDW - They are showing too much PIT lane right now, it is little bit boring and makes you want to go to sleep :/ they should show more from the in cars view if they do not have proper cameras around the track. Honestly watching all that sleeping technicians isn't that fun :(

Stevisiov.: At least 4 people - take a look few pages back.

Eh I'm just going to get up a bit earlier and watch the conclusion of the race.

A bit over 12 hours and I am still looking strong, the other 12 hours - no problem! :D

Hmm, 24 hours of Le Mans without rain? Cant be, I actually enjoy rain racing, its fun and rain belongs to le mans!

I left just after the Aston punted the Radical, so I have a bit of catching up to do.

Is Peugeot still running 4 cars around the Top 5, and how many Audi's are left? Just turning on to the race, seems Audi is now 2nd?

Kristiansen is second and is currently the only Audi in contention for a win. And Peugeot only has three cars in the top five: 1st, 3rd and 4th

I'm up all night :)👍

Good to hear 👍

I am relying on alcohol to keep me awake, perhaps I should rely on a stimulant rather than a depressant.

Still hard to definitively pick a winner, in the scheme of things one lap isn't a huge gap. Even a small problem at this stage could make all the difference.

I would agree with all you wrote apart from the fact it looked like the driver did it on purpose. It was an obvious accident.
