I'm rooting for Toyota here.

I hope they make a good comeback after the long absence from Le Mans.

I am so darn ready for this race! Graduated over a week ago, so no damned projects to complete. It's raining outside today, so nothing there is to do outside either.

To all those who still have exams to complete:

If the condititions stay like this, E-tron Quattros will be 1st and 2nd by a long way, unfortunately

How did the Delta Wing do in the warm up?
Does it matter? It's the warm-up. There aren't going to be any startling revelations about its pace. They completed the warm-up - we would have heard by now if that was not the case - and that's the important thing.

Good morning, mister dog ready to contribute.
Anyone know why they don't start at 16hr local time anymore, like in the old days?

I'm hoping Toyota will snatch the win by the way. Audi le mans wins are a bit too predictable these days...

I'm just asking how was it doing out there, not asking whether it's fast or not. Rumours are saying that the car might be a bit undriveable in wet condition and I just want to know if that's a true case especially the warm up was a wet one and thought some of you guys who watch the warm up may know a little info on this...

They only did 3 laps, the last of which was over 15minutes (problems?) they ran 51st overall

Edit. Tweet from Highcroft

Electrical glitch in the warmup. #nissandeltawing crew fixing issue now. @Nissan_OnTrack #24LM

So yes they had problems in warm-up

I don't know why I've replied, I mean 'Does it matter' its not as though we have a 17 page thread dedicated to this one car.

Thanks for the info Wardy! I'm pretty sure they can fix the electrical issue before the race.

Did you not read my post? The warm-up was never going to show us some earth-shattering revelations about the car.

The only person talking about revelations is you.
I'm just curous as to why it's so important that we know how the Deltawing went in practice. It's not like this is a final, all-in qualifying session where the car is fuelled light and the idea is to set the best possible lap time.

Haven't kept up to date with the thread but has anyone got a Live Streaming Channel just like for what they did for the 24 Hours of Nurburgring? I'm in Australia so don't get any Television Coverage here

Really? It's wet in warm-up. The team didn't know how the car would react in the rain as it has trouble dissipating water from under the car.

You think that's not important?

Marky check tensport website theyll be streaminf the whole race live there for aussies. or check out justintv

The car only completed three laps after an electronics issue.

You think those times are representative?

So apart from the delta wing boys going at it over here!
Why isn't le mans @ 16hr local time anymore?

Thanks, I hate Ten Sport with a Passion. I'd be surprised if the Stream actually worked as half the time when they Run the F1 It always fails and is in poor SD Quality. I'll give it a try. If not I hope Justin TV Pull Though!

Why isn't le mans @ 16hr local time anymore?

When I visited the race a few years ago, it started a 4pm because the local/national? elections were on the same day, but historically hasn't it's always been 3pm?

@Tyres, did you get the Eurosport player sorted?

Yes. I've bought a new laptop.

I can output 1080P to my TV via HDMI for the player and post on this site with a browser on the laptop screen.
