Posting such things about Nissan are not met kindly by some people here.
Well, they're intertwined with Gran Turismo and Kazunori and all that. Not like I didn't knew what I was getting myself into :P

@R1600Turbo, Palmer's words, not mine. Guy said it himself, you don't go there just to participate. Cut the bias for a second, this certainly is not what they went there for - nor is it the kind of PR any manufacturer wants. Nothing there to explain, really.

Ok cool. But just wanted to warn you because it doesn't take much to escalate it on these forums.

I also hope we see a stronger Hybrid engine.
If you mean the hybrid system, yeah their goal is 8MJ so we'll see. As far as the actual engine goes, plenty strong already. 👍

Yeah well the guy doesn't work for Nissan anymore, so moot point. My last post sums it up nicely.

Hope Webber wins the race, he deserves it after he couldn't win f1 title
Hate to disagree but I'd say there's a reason he didn't. He might get a nice Rolex if the sister car croaks.

Toyota are a prime example of why tanks don't work in modern endurance racing.

If Hulkenberg wins then F1 drivers have no excuse if there isn't a GP on at the same time, they should try Le Mans no matter what. Granted the possible seats are few and far between, one of the LMP1s uses Williams tech so there's that but apart from that, it's probably only Ferrari in GTE that could do it, and they'd only be able to push for class wins. Unless Red Bull does its thing and takes over a team, or Lotus decides it's still the Kolles car after all, there aren't many seats...

...but then again, it's Le Mans, so who gives a ****??
