Is this an issue that the #2 car could experience in about 40-45 minutes? The amount of time the 2 was in the garage earlier.

Does the #1 Porsche have enough juice to get it back to the pits, like how Toyota couldn't do it?

Started having problems at start/finish line. Now he stopped on track.

This year has been a black eye for the hybrids. Not a good look for the FIA/ACO 2020 projected regulations when the current hybrids have dropped like flies in the biggest endurance race of the year.

Looks like he is trying to do the whole lap on electric power, he will lose minutes lapping at 30kph, repair time will put him miles behind #2 since this car has been losing time for about 10 hours driving at a cautious pace. Porsche will still win unless that car breaks down again.

He has about 45 minutes in hand...for the moment. He won't by the time he gets back. And I can't see this being a 45 minute job.

So is the no. 2 really gonna come all the way back?

The 38 needs to be spot perfect, but 🤬🤬🤬 I can't believe a P2 is about to be leading with 4 hours left.

Nick Tandy jinxed it. Literally they finished interviewing him on Fox 2 minutes before this and he said "I won't tell the boys this but I'm ready to get to the end and do it all again" in reference this win 2 years ago.

It's gonna come down to the last hour, but the 38 and 2 are officially both in sprint mode.

Those LMP1 cars have been garbage this year. How can that even happen to teams like Toyota and Porsche? It's not like it's been their first LMP1 car that they had to built.

3:43, 2 laps. Don't count the eggs yet. BUT, is oil pressure an issue the 2 car might experience in 40 minutes time?

I don't know. They must have these cars strung out, compared to the cars before. I wonder if ambient temps have a factor to it as well.

So this means there's 3 or 4 cars in contention for the overall win, and at least one of them isn't even in the top class.

Absolute insanity
