INTRODUCTION

Twin Ring Motegi is a motorsport race track located at Motegi, Japan. Its name comes from the facility having two race tracks: a 2.493-kilometer (1.549 mi) oval and a 4.8-kilometer (2.98 mi) road course which we will be racing. It was built in 1997 by Honda, as part of Honda's effort to bring the IndyCar Series to Japan, helping to increase their knowledge of American open-wheel racing. The track features 3 major straights with speeds reaching 280kmh, followed by multiple angled turns. The longest straight measures 756Meters (.47 miles).

RACE DETAILS

Race room will open ~2:00pm est. (Sunday) with qualifying starting ~2:30pm (provided enough entries). Qualifying settings will be fuel consumption/tire wear on FAST while race setting will be NORMAL

TIRE USAGE

MEDIUMS are option tires, prime tires are SOFTS Minimum 11 laps per stint. A MAX option tire usage (MEDIUMS) will be 22laps. You choose which compound you qualify with, but start the race with said tire compound.

It doesn't look like this race will go ahead. People lack dlc so hopefully they get it over x-mas or something. If not, were going to have to figure something out for those that don't have the dlc.

I don't know if this still works but you used to be able to use dlc tracks if you were in someone's private lounge who had the dlc.

Supposedly physics is now the same between private lounges and public lobbies since 2.05 update

It is on new years eve that the Monday race would take place. So if there's a lack of racers, we can just put it off till the 7th of January.

That's the issue for me, the Sunday race is new years eve for me then the monday race is new years day for me,

The Sunday race would actually be early morning the 31st for you! About 6 am if my time zone calculation is right.
