Makes sense, corvettes do have some french heritage in it after all. Is the french team essentially a satellite team for Corvette Racing? Which corvettes are in which class?

Corvette Racing is in the GT-Pro class and Larbre is running the GT-Am class.
Larbre also got 2 American Rolex Series drivers with the team for Le Mans.

Is it just me or is Dr. Ullrich the most expressive german in the business?

#8 in the pits. Toyota really have to re-think their strategy if they want to stay competitive.

I don't think there's anything to rethink. They just haven't done their homework as good as Audi has. If they can at least finish the full 24 hours this year, I'll be happy. I kind of expected ever since Silverstone for Audi to run away with this race.

And TV2 is taking a 30 minute break from Le Mans. Because god forbide they skip on showing other news a single day...

He's lucky to have a puncture almost at the end of the lap, much closer to the pit.. It's reaaally scary to see the car going all over the place!

Could be worse. Much worse.

Fox Sports 3 is taking a 3 hour break from Le Mans to show stupid Nascar Nationwide.

What is the difference between the two classes? Which series do the larbre usually run in? The ELMS?

Yes I believe the ELMS is what they usually take part in. The difference is mainly experience and the cars used in the GTE-Am are a year older, the GTE-Pro cars are 2013 spec.

As far as I know, the cars are basically the same but the difference is that GT-Am teams can only have one "pro" driver and must have two amateur, gentleman drivers.

GT-E Pro is the same as ALMS GTE. GT-E Am is for at least one year old cars and can have only one Gold or Platinum driver in the car.

Leader is losing chunks of time to all the other cars in the top five. #LM24

Larbre's 2 Corvettes are a year old compared to the factory team. Also the drivers are mostly amateur.

They run the WEC. Agree on the Rebellion car too, it looks great.

The Lotus LMP2 looks beautiful here at Le Mans. It reminds me of the black Loctite Mclaren F1 from Le Mans '98 or '97. I didn't think it lokoed all that great at Silverstone, but right here I think it looks fantastic!
