They have Parker Kligermann as a backup. Worst that I can see happening is he misses/is late for driver's meeting and has to start at the rear of the field.

2 minutes to engines restart. 2 laps until green. Less than 15 minutes barring any further cautions.
 
I think someone else can start for Kurt & he can climb in at the first available pit or caution.

That will work but the problem is the driver wh started the car gets the points. Busch has a win but he needs to stay in the top30 of points for thst win to count

Barring an injury and missing a few races, staying in the top 30 shouldn't be a problem. Only bad luck has him this far back now. He's going to move up closer to the top 15-20 as the schedule gets closer to Richmond.
